Absolutely nothing

Everything! It was filthy, bugs, beds were dirty, shower had soap scum never cleaned, door did not close all the way, toilet was not screwed down, there were no protective plates over the outlets. The list really is endless

It’s in a good location nearby many stores you can get to in about a 10min drive. The staff is really nice, worked out any issue I had during my stay.

Rooms are not as clean. I booked 3 rooms and all 3 had there downside. Dirty couches (stained) 1 room had a bed bug, microwave didn’t work. I noticed during my stay random people will park in their parking lot, it was quiet at moments but not all the time. POOL & BREAKFAST were not “available” during my stay.

My cousin went to inform them that my flight was canceled. The place was not what she expected when i send her my email confirmation to the address. The place was just dirty and the location was bad. I would not make any reservations on Booking.com again.

drunk homeless on property when I arrived back from dinner waiting to pounce on a victim. To make matter worse, at 1:30 am another drunk slamming on my door- scared me so much and they didn’t answer the phone for a long time / I screamed at the perpetrator through the door, they left - absolutely filthy place - disgusting - my shower curtain rod came the sheet rock - dirty filthy carpets -

It’s a filthy hotel, requires many upgrades.

The advertising for this hotel is very misleading. It is in a unsavory neighborhood. We checked in late at night. We drove from Oregon to California and was looking to just shower and get some rest after a long drive. The night manager was accommodating, our room, with taxes and fees came out to 147.00 a night. We booked for two nights because we were not going to wake up in time for the 11am check out. The room given to us was on the first floor, room 16. Upon entering the room the television was on, the night manager said he leaves it on so I'm not startled. Thought that was weird. My husband was the last one in and when he went to shut the door the door ftame wasn't connected to the structure. There were nails sticking half way out trying to keep the frame attached to the structure. The security latch as dangling and served no purpose. After reflecting back on it, the door looked like it had been kicked in. At the opposite side of the room there was a random chair pushed up against a window. When I pulled back the curtain it reveled a crack window, that was being held together with yellow duck tape. This window was facing the back of this property. Then it dawned on us that the TV is left on so any would be intruders would think someone was in there and wouldn't climb in thru this broken window. We had our two daughters with us and there was no way we were going to comfortably stay at this property. We made the decision to leave after only being there for for 20 minutes. We loaded our suitcases back in the car, and I went to the night manager to voice my concerns and return the keys. He said he could refund the second night, but not the first night because we were in the room already... WHAT? When I brought up the front door and the broken window he said he had forgot about those things. He said he gave me that room because it was his best room ( it had wood tiles) but if id like, he could move to another room but it be carpet.

Duty bedrooms they say not smoking rooms but when I opened the door small alot cigarettes.

nothing was ready by check in which is 3pm I didn’t check in until almost 11pm
