Central location in downtown Minneapolis. The hotel has a mix between industrial and renaissance revival arq.

The hotel is well decorated.
But there were items in the room that were broken. The closest doors don’t close. The floor lamp was broken and one bed light was also broken.

It's a bit pricey for a rather normal American hotel.

It was obvious that the sheets on our bed were not changed after the previous guests checked out. We were handed new sheets and changed them ourselves. When we checked out, we asked if there was a note regarding our sheets. However, she literally didn’t speak to us after we asked. I have pictures showing how dirty the sheets were.

The building was beautiful and most of the staff were great.
When we came back later that evening to buy a soda the gentleman at the counter was very rude, we said thank you when we bought our stuff and he didn’t say anything to any of us. Just stood there with a mean and dirty look on is face.

Loved the location! We were able to walk to all of our destinations. Also, staff was super friendly and helpful! Definitely will be staying again!

The parking is kinda crazy when you go underground the guy could have explained that the garage doors were automatic. Nothing cheap about this Stay. I feel like the price just kept going up. Paid almost $300

Great location. Close to stadium, target center and downtown.
Got key card. Didn’t work for parking that costed $27 a night. Fixed key card, then didn’t work for elevator to get to room, fixed key card. Then it didn’t work to get in the room. So three times had to go to front desk to get it fixed. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee, they said they would bring it. Ended up going to desk again to get it. 3 hours later someone brought more. Then noticed ants crawling on bathroom floor.

Old noisy air conditioning, toilet running and noisy and one time running so hefty with water that I had to open it and dismantle it as water was running out. The chair too low to work on the table and they didn’t have one in the right hight.
The cleaning was not always done, not always coffee for the coffee maker.

Location was excellent! Close to Target Field, riverfront parks and award-winning restaurants! Room and common areas were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities included convenient underground parking, restaurant on premises and coffee shop next door.
I prefer more firm pillows, but that was a minor inconvenience.
