bathroom had brown stuff smeared on the walls. it was disgusting. the room and bathroom smelled like urine. it appeared there were people living out of the rooms next door. very scary people in the parking lot. was honestly surprised our car was still there when we woke up.

building should be condemned. trash everywhere, 2nd floor roof collapsing. residents were transients many appeared on drugs or mentally unstable. loud music, several visits by police.

Nothing. Appears to be used as a residence property. People had laundry outside on rocks drying, the parking lot is not well lit, and ceiling tiles were stained from heavy water leaks. It is unsafe.

The room was infested with roaches and the property was in disrepair. This hotel should be shut down.

Drug addicts, water leaking in bathroom ceiling, appearance completely different from the photos online.

The location is secluded but convenient.

Where to begin... The room had a terrible smell and the "clean towels" were obviously dirty. The hotel has a banquet room for parties that was beautiful but we were immediately disappointed. Some guests were throwing a birthday party that was beyond ridiculous. The music and lights boomed on through the night. I had to go talk with the front desk who said "they would fix the issue". After 1 a.m. we still continued to hear the party and I had to call down to the front desk again. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Everything could have been better. The place was scary and disgusting. One of the guys at the front desk coughed in my direction. Asked for 1st floor rooms and he gave me a 2nd floor room with no reasoning. People were urinating in the stair wells, bleeding on them and throwing beer cans everywhere. Going back and forth to the car made me feel paranoid. No toilet paper in the room at all, sheets were stained and there was hair still on the bathroom walls. Also there was no “do not disturb” sign. Day of checkout a guest came complaining about how he feared for his life to leave his room at night. Saying bullets could’ve started flying through the big window. And all the front desk employee responded with was “that’s a first”. It was overall not a great experience at all. Place shouldn’t be running.

The place had a loud party up above which broke glass and I was not able to sleep.

Everything reeked of urine. I’m pretty sure it was all drug addicts hanging around and I’m amazed my car didn’t get broken into and I didn’t get stabbed. Don’t go here.

I book a double bed, the room look very outdated, only 1 bed lightbulbs were burned, phone didn’t work, smell light smoke (booked a nonsmoking) I call the main line, they told me that they had another room available but it would had been an upgrade and would cost me an extra $100, she didn’t acknowledge the problems in the room, I call booking.com and they call the hotel and then only then, the hotel Staff told us that there was a cancellation and move us to a room the look newly renovated, fresh paint, better lighting
