Liked the beds and A.C. worked well.The front desk person was not welcoming. .breakfast was good.
The man who staffed front desk gave Mr a hard time just because he used his credit card to pay for our room,instead of me. He gave him his driver's license and credit card and he did check us in but he canceled my room on booking.com. He also made us go upstairs for room even though I requested first floor. HE WAS RUDE. Next morning we had breakfast and coffee was water. I felt bad for the girl who worked to try to fix machine. But will skip this place next time.

The check-in/ check out experience was great. Staff was wonderful!!
The shower had mold/mildew on the knob and shower head. The room smelled awful. The bed was hard as sleeping on the floor.

the location was nice and there was a nice sized TV maybe 50’ in the room.
The pillows had stains on them which appeared on multiple pillows. There was no elevator at the facility, and we needed to use the computer to print a document and there was not one available although it was advertised to have a business center.

Supplies cluttered the hall of the first 4 rooms the entire 3days. Once again had to beg for an extra towel and a roll.of.toilet paper. One.of the front.desk people are very unfriendly.

Spacious room. Quite clean.
Grab and go breakfast was very disappointing. Stayed two nights and room wasn’t refreshed which is understandable but they could at least have refreshed the coffee pods.

It was a great hotel. Very clean, well managed and.very reasonably priced. A hidden GEM in my opinion. Brian let.me.see the room before I checked in.
The only issue I had was the house keeper.
She acted like I was trying keep a towel and was not understanding I am a girl and I use 2 towels everyday. She also acted a bit rude when I wanted an extra tea bag and an extra mini shampoo. But whatever. 😆
