location, price, staff treated me with respect, I asked for a quiet area and it was very quiet

1. Breakfast was ‘ok’… pm staff person very helpful, flexible, kind. 2. Morning staff person abrupt, closed the breakfast bar early, refused to make more coffee. staff person was polite but very curt and seemed inflexible. 3. Nothing anyone could really do, but since I was by myself and weather was bad and rainy; this was probably the one time I wished you had an elevator so I could get my luggage upstairs without issue. Sue to the rain the stairs AND walkways were noticeably slippery. I quickly learned to avoid certain areas of the upstairs exterior hallway due to water and increased slippery areas. I was really trying to avoid an unnecessary injury.

Room was clean. Bed was made.

Breakfast needs to have more options. Bathroom tub had rust stain on wall. Hotel should have water bottles in rooms. Needs a fire alarm for safety reasons our room did not have one. Booking.com should notify about 100$ deposit besides total amount for hotel.

That the staff was nice and accommodating. Plus the rooms have fridge, microwave, and coffee pot.

Internet kept going out, laundry services were out

It wasn't free

Location was perfect for us and price was reasonable. I called to make sure later check-in was okay, and the lady I spoke with actually called me back to make sure it was correct that we were in a smoking room, which I would not have liked, so I am grateful she went above and beyond to call and ask me. Other staff were easy-going, so checking in and out was super quick. Place was quiet. Bed wasn't super comfortable, but it wasn't miserable either. Place was clean. We would stay here again.

The bed and bedding wasn't great. Mattress was not great, and the sheets kept coming off the comforter and the comforter was ripped.

The room was not comfortable first did not look clean and the air conditioning was so low and very very noisy that we hardly were able to sleep the towel look dirty they said that breakfast was included ok so we when to have breakfast it only had coffee waffles and cereal that was all anyway I was very disappointed. 😔😔😔
