The room was really spacious and clean.

Perfect accommodations; friendly staff.
I am confined to a low-fat breakfast. Unfortunately, this limits selections and most hotels, including this one, do not have many low-fat menu items.

conveniently close to everything. friendly staff, easy check in. room was larger than expected. bed was extremely comfortable.
the decor is a little outdated but the inside of the room was ok. The water was terrible. I don’t think that was a hotel issue. it had a greasy/soapy feeling to it while taking a shower and washing hands. it broke my skin out. I bought a jug of water for the remainder of my stay to wash my face and brush teeth.

Very friendly staff. Was able go check in upon arrival which was a little early. Hotel was outside of busy area of town but still within short distance of restaurants and shopping.

Everything was very nice.
We did have some issue's with getting hot water, it was warm at best. The front desk addressed the issue, maintenance flashed the lines. That gave us the warm water.

The staff was so courteous and helpful. Friday check in was so pleasant and Saturday was wonderful

The toom was spacios. The facility was well kept with generous common areas. Location was easy to access.
Only one hot choice for breakfast. It was wonderful to use real plates andarea was well maintained by a helpful sttendent..

They were wonderful about letting us check in early because are king studio was ready. Maids were exceptional in getting us fresh towels so we would have enough for both night's showers and showers after we went to the pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub were very nice and clean.
The breakfast was set more towards kids or normal adults. Not so good for a diabetic. Waffle temperature was barely turned up to have a pale gold color. The only items for a diabetic were sausage patties and egg patties. Although it is listed and was not there (avaliable) was the lounge/bar

The hotel is close to restaurants and stores. The King bed is huge and very firm.
The microwave was in the lobby instead of in the room.

Staff was very friendly and fun. Breakfast was hot and tasty.
Our room smelled like an old smoking room from back in the day. The bathroom floor tile looked very dirty and had hair on it, long black hair (We have short blonde and brown hair).

The personalization and family feel from the minute we walked in!
The pool pump was broken and we were looking forward to having our Teen son and niece hanging with us to swim. But again not complaining but was sad it happened. 😔
Oh and I did not take pictures of the room and lobby which is on me. Totally your property is beautiful and comfy!
