rooms were not very clean there was mold and smelled of old smoke and had bed bugs !

Room smelled like smoke. Only two small pillows were offered on the bed. Furniture did not match.

The food was good

The toilet did not work they wanted to move us to another room they should have just came down and plunged it or seeing what was wrong we stayed in there we went did not want to move cuz it was late at night we got up and tell it overflowed so I was not very happy

Nothing

No breakfast, missing towels, dirty blankets

It was close to the location I needed to go to the next day

When shift changed the next clerk tries to give another couple our room they even had a key and entered our room

Only thing I can say is that the pool was clean. So sorry but for being the "quality inn" it did not live up to the name.

Everything. Walls had holes covered with a different color than the wall, breakfast tasted old, everywhere smelled like cigarettes etc.

Right off the highway

Found bedbugs in the pillow. The only thing they did was offer to move us into another room. The lady at the front didn't advice the supervisor of anything that had happened.
