They moved us to a room where we were able to sleep on the second night of our stay.
We were continuously woken up throughout the night by door or lock noises. This was unacceptable. I told the attendant at the front desk and she said she would leave a note for the manager. I never heard from the manager.

The hotel was not as close to where my family is in Knoxville but it worked out fine!

We went to see the Vols at Neyland Stadium, and we didn’t realize how far it was from the stadium. The traffic was atrocious.

The internet was absolutely terrible!!!! The beds wasn’t all that comfortable either!

The breakfast and ambience was nice. We'd stayed there before and really liked it.
The MAIN reason I booked this hotel was the hot tub. I'd pulled a muscle in my back and was looking forward to some relief. That just never happened. We were very disappointed and they didn't offer any discounts or anything. The hot tub was broken or needed a part.

Everything was great. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast including hot eggs and sausage was great. Hotel was inviting and well maintained. Did wonder why remodeling had pool closed, but everything was fine.
Pool closed was inconvenient.

The staff was very polite. The room was very clean. I slept so comfortable that I even bought the pillows from the hotel. I would stay here 1 million more times and recommend to anyone needing a place to stay.
