Location and the staff
To dim in the rooms and bathroom and wasn’t to pleased with that at all. Also I feel like our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned because it was the guest before us clothes still in the drawers.

Well groomed nicely kept. If there were one thing that I would change is the location of the smoking areas. They should be moved to Cleveland.

Sleep inn has the most comfortable beds/pillows! They serve a nice breakfast. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. This is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Food was very good with a wonderful selection from waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits, toast, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, juice, coffee & more. We were very impressed & this was all complimentary.

Location was great! Staff was very friendly. We were there during the holidays and they had it decorated very nicely with SEVERAL Christmas trees throughout the lobby.

super noisy person above us; and seemingly all around us—letting doors slam at all hours of the day and night, even the sweet housekeeping folks (early morning); quite sticky furniture surfaces in our room
