everything in the room was broken. there was what looked like a pee stain on the sheets. blood on the walls. had no toilet paper. when we went to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. when we did get in touch with front desk they said we would have to come over the two parking lots in the rain to get it. took pictures so we don’t get blamed for anything that was already previously broken

room smell so bad, lots of human hair on the blanket and roaches in the wall.

The room is very dirty the bathroom do not look sanitize, and it smelt like someone had a dog in the room

I chose this hotel due to the Mt. Laurel location.

Customer service was not friendly or welcoming, due to a shift change, the associates sadly looked put off by my presence. Our room was dirty, also with no refrigerator or microwave and these amenities are pretty standard at Red Roof Inns since I stay at them all the time. Bathroom fan was very loud, and ceiling was damaged. I took a video but I cannot load it to this web site for some reason. Drawer handles were missing and there were papers left inside. When I went to the office to get sugar for coffee, I was abruptly told “no sugar per the owner, no more.” Very sad that homeless were abundant at this location and police were there to assist a young woman who was stranded, hurt, and/ or using drugs. You just will not feel safe at this location.

Convenient to Walmart. Bed was comfortable.

Our room was dirty and flies all over the bathroom. Toilet seat was very loose and black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Holes in the wall and A/C wouldn’t stay on.

Price not bad. Walmarts next door.

I didn't like one single thing about this motel. The room didn't look anything like the pictures on the site. It's false advertisement.

The room was absolutely disgusting and it was filthy and had a horrible smell. The doors and walls were black and nasty. This motel looked to be the local spot for prostitutes and drug addicts. The heating vent was hanging off of the wall and appeared to be held up with a hanger.

the room was not cleaned prior to our stay-dirty underwear from the previous guest were on the floor-a dirty wash cloth over the shower bar, etc. there was only one towel for 2 guests. outside the room was also filthy with cigarette butts , trash and dirty linen on the ground. we did not stay.

This hotel has bed bugs, I was bitten up so bad I had to go to Urgent Care, and the hotel refused to refund me any of my money back. The management was very rude and disrespectful, I was awaken from my sleep at 3 am to painful itching jumped up and there were bed bugs in the bed with us. I grabbed a tissue and a cup my husband grabbed one of the bugs and I took it to the front desk, we did get another room assigned to us but upon talking to management the next day we asked for a partial refund and were rudely told no we could check out but we would not get any money back. I will never recommend this hotel, and we will never stay with them again! I would advise that you don't either.

This hotel could have done proper cleanings to prevent bed bug infestations. Management could be better understanding and not so rude to the customers who help keep them in business. This place is a dump!
