Unplanned visit, very accommodating. Clean, comfortable, great breakfast

Tv programming didn’t work. Was explained that a storm had passed through.

Wifi did not work! Stinky toilet - too tired to complain. Breakfast inedible

It was a great hotel, clean, comfortable.

The guy downstairs was nice. The location was easy to get to. And the room was the right temperature.

There was trash still left in the trash can before. Pecos is not the best city to be in. The key card gave me trouble several times.

very good for the value! we were there for tournament and it was super close to the fields.

the room had a slide smell of humidity, we blame it on the restroom not having a vent. but other than that it was great!

Nice, clean rooms. Accept dogs for a fee was a must for me as my dog is my family meme we and travels with me and my daughter for work.

Only one staff member that was a little rude, asked in a condescending tone if my Dog was a service dog?! Did she not know we can have dogs at Hotel? Nina and Valentina were well behaved and follow us when called . they were not aggressive and are well trained. just thought it inappropriate for her to ask.
