Cost that were unexpected not shown during booking

The breakfast was very good, not as varied as I would like but good, the room was very comfortable and cozy.

Not all the staff was so friendly, we had problems getting in and it was the first time we were staying at the hotel, we didn't know we needed an access card and instead of helping us open the door, they only saw us from the front desk and we were waiting for someone to open the door for us, one of the guests opened it for us. Other people were very friendly and accessible, no problem at all, I understand that not all of us are in a good mood and it is valid but I think it was very obvious that we were arriving because of all the luggage we had and obviously we had no idea how to manage the entrance or exit of the hotel.

Nothing by this hotel, not a great location. It is also very old and tired- needs a full refurb. Also, there is no bar/restaurant.

Most of the staff members had an attitude The staff was not flexible to accommodate any of our requests, we were fasting during Ramadan and asked to serve 2 plates of the breakfasts half an hour earlier so we can eat before the fasting time. We even asked for only ready of the shelf products; not anything to be cooked specially for us, but it was not entertained. The elevator was not in good condition No one was helping with the luggage, we had to carry it ourselves to/from the room Not all staff were speaking English! We stayed for 14 nights, yet when we asked for a late checkout as our flight was at 7:00 PM, it was rejected without any consideration. Will never stay there again nor recommend it!

Bed and pillows were really comfortable and the room was very clean

The morning shift employee Monique was TERRIBLE! I sent a complaint to management about how she refused to open the lobby doors to let us check out and was rude earlier that morning but still haven't heard back. AND THEY CHARGE $20 TO PARK IM THEIR PARKING GARAGE BUT ITS ONLY $5 ACROSS THE STREET
