Location was great and lovely staff

Not their fault but noisy on the Saturday night

The breakfast was hot and delicious! Staff was very nice, friendly and polite! Location was the best!

1. The room and bathroom were super clean.the only complaint is that the jacuzzi needs to be updated or pulled out and replaced with standup shower. It was super old and water didn’t drain. 2. No happy hour We would have given it a ten if the jacuzzi tub was nicer and drained. You can’t beat location.

I could not access elevator. Parking is way too far and hard to find. Outside of building is in need of paint . Directions are poor.

Breakfasts were plentiful and delicious; staff was accommodating to changes. Location was the very best. Staff was friendly.

Our room for 2 adults and 2 large suitcases was a bit small, but we managed.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Perfect location. Walking distance to all of Historic District. Breakfast was delicious.

Our room was at the back of the hotel and right next to a courtyard where live music played til 11:00PM. There were earplugs provided in the room, but not effective. Thank goodness, 11 is when we typically turn in. We stayed on a Friday night. The music may just be a weekend thing.

The staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful! From lugging our bags upstairs, to making treats, recommended a great restaurant and getting the tv to work. Then we had a very nice homemade breakfast. But the staff is what will make me come back. They, also, let us keep our bikes on their porch, just so we felt better about them. Thanks for the balloons!

Other than the tv gave us a problem, nothing. The tub, which is a jacuzzi is hard for short people to get out of and 3 flights of stairs is a hike but they do have an outdoor elevator. Parking is off site but about a block and half away walking. These are all very minor things.

Close to restaurants and tourist attractions.

Noise, no climate control, no nearby parking.

This was a beautiful, historic inn. PERFECT location. We never used our car, we could walk everywhere! Great room and friendly staff.

The parking was awkward, being just far enough away that I couldn’t just run to grab something from the car. Doesn’t seem good for people who can’t walk far. One of the reasons we booked was for the breakfast portion, and although everything was presented beautifully, it wasn’t up to expectations. Yummy, but didn’t account for different people’s tastes. You were given food, no choosing. I think they should have two options. One with eggs and potatoes maybe, and another option of waffles or pancakes and fruit. That way every morning, guests can pick something they like rather than eating something they don’t or wasting food.
