Everything was nice

The location was very quiet and secluded. One bedroom was spacious and the let out couch was comfortable (I was surprised). The entire staff was absolutely amazing helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again 😃

The double queen room was amazing. Lots of space, shower was great and bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast good but the eggs had peppers and onions and kids didn't like that. Our hallway to our room smelled due to a customer leaving there dirty diapers outside their room.

The location, breakfast was ok, the facility was nice and I did like the parking deck, the employees was friendly and helpful when we needed them

The sheets did not seem to have changed from previous guest, shower was dirty, had to self clean it before use, pillowcase had a stain on one side. I was very displeased but thankfully I had brung pillowcases and a flat sheet from home just in case. Also one of the main reasons for booking was because it stated it had an indoor pool, first night pool was closed, due to maintenance issues and when it was opened, the water was freezing cold and an employee stated they believed the pool heater was broken, so we was not able to enjoy the pool.

it was clean and welcoming. Everyone except for one was very warming and their customer service was great!

There was one overnight staff member that was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. He was unwilling to help nor proactive in coming up with a better solution when our toilet broke. He was terrible. Light skinned with braids.

We booked this hotel due to having an indoor pool. However, we were unable to utilzie the pool due to the water being very cold.

The rooms were spacious and relatively updated. It had a kitchen that was equipped with everything one would need to cook.

There was some remodeling going on at the hotel. We were unaware until we checked in. We were woken up by banging from construction one of the mornings BEFORE 8am, which was irritating. Our room was also switched during our stay because the sink in our first room wouldn't drain (even though the room was recently remodeled). Also, the phone in our room didn't work.

Breakfast okay because the croissants were hard. There was construction on our floor next door early in the morning.. when we called to the front desk to complain they said we should have known because there was signs posted, however nothing was posted on the booking site. They said they were moving the other guest that were staying all week but since we were checking out the next day they weren’t going to do anything about it comfort.

Size of the rooms are great. I like that there was a stove , pots and pans.

Had to change rooms because the room was very hot and stuffy. I called downstairs to let the front desk know and they sent a maintenance guy and all he said it was old and to tell the front desk that we need to move. I had to go Back down stairs to get a key to change rooms. I received a notification from my credit card company that someone manually made a charge to my card after I Already paid and checked in ... I reached out to the front desk and the guy said it was for incidents if occurs. I was never told that and told him no one should enter anything without my consent. Loud construction going on while trying to rest. The front desk advised that if we want our room cleaned , we will have to call front desk which was surprising but it was ok but we noticed when we returned to the room one day out of the 5 days we stayed, garbage bags were replaced in the room and nothing else ; which was weird.

I liked the layout of the room, overall price, and the location was nice.

That I was told that the pool was open, but when we went to swim it said it was closed due to renovations and that was disappointing. Also, I felt that my room could have been a little more cleaner or maybe the furniture could’ve possibly been replaced, other than that everything was great!
