Super clean. Exceptional staff. Easy parking. Room amazing. Young lady at front desk Tuesday Oct 7, she was on point with my room change. Making what could have been a challenge, into a seamless transaction. I think her name was Ibsahna (surely I butchered that). Early morning around 7 or 8. Definitely a person I would recruit heavily for my company. And very well might do just that so a raise is on the horizon I sense.

Screens on the porch railing. And light switches were wired in a random way.

The apartment was great. It looked exactly like the pictures. There's a place to get food onsite and a bar by the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a lot of information on the daily activities they offered as well as coupons for things nearby.

There's 3 floors in each building and no elevators but it wasn't a big deal we were on the 2nd floor. The toilet was a little small for me personally.

“Amplo” espaco no quarto, sacada, ar condicionado otimo, cama gigantesca e colchao excepcionalmente confortavel! Os atendentes sao de uma prestatividade incrivel. Estacionamento amplo. Area de lazer excepcional.

Nao entendi muito bem a arquitetura do quarto. Na frente da cama tem uma banheira que nao me cabia, totalmente aberta, se for usada, talvez molhe o quarto (que e de carpete), ai logo atras tem uma pia que seria do banheiro, mas tem um microondas e uma geladeira, dando a entender que seria de uso de cozinha tambem. Do lado da pia tem o box do chuveiro( que a pressao de agua e fraca) e na frente um espaco com a privada, que e bem apertado pra pessoas mais altas ou um pouco mais gordas. Faltam talheres caso queira fazer algo no microondas da acomodacao, mas tem cafe, canecas e copos, e nao tem como lava-los a nao ser que use o sabonete da pia, que seria do banheiro.

The location was great staff friendly and helpful. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed and it was clean.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large coffee machine in a studio and porcelain instead of plastic! :-) Nice pool area. Lots of amenities included. Location - close to the Hyatt conference facilities. Shuttle Service to theme parks.

Room had rather old carpet and equipment.
