Good location, clean and comfortable beds/rooms.
Doesn't seem to be enough parking. Luckily there was 1 spot left when we got there.

My mother and I stayed here for 3 nights for Wicked West Comic Expo. Room service was nice, staff was very friendly, and the rates were very very good (especially for a pet friendly hotel!)
Breakfast was tasty and their waffles are very good. Amenities in the room worked without issue and we (including my cat) enjoyed our stay.
The only thing I would caution is, be aware the building allows noise to pass through it very easily so we could hear people right outside despite being on the 3rd floor.
However, it wasn't anything horrible!

I liked the location
When we got there the pool was closed we only booked there because of the pool, the beds are not queen size more like full so we didn’t sleep as comfortably. There was only enough shampoo and conditioner for one person to shower. Housekeeping never came by to take our trash in the 2 days we were there.

Started out pretty clean. Seemed like a pretty decent place to stay though paid extra for “parent weekend “.
No housekeeping service. The shower was equipped with an EMPTY hair conditioner bottle, I requested on 2 separate nights for a service and a refill on the conditioner and another request on the 3rd morning before I finally got a service on the 3rd day. 🙄 No apologies, no explanations. I will never stay here. It was not worth the money I spent here and the service is terrible . I’m not paying to stay at a hotel to make my own bed and be surrounded by dirty wet towels and lack of basic supplies. This place was just awful.

It was clean overall. The staff were kind and helpful. I liked the pool.
The fitted sheet kept coming off at the top of the bed so I kept waking up in the middle of the night with my face on the bare mattress. I didn't like the breakfast much at all.

Majority of tv channels were ads. Maybe music channels.
Also did not like, though it isn't your fault, the lack of taxis/transportation and no places to really walk to, like restaurants.

We were very pleased overall
Guest in lobby till after two in the morning. Very loud. We were just two doors down. Food service was poor. Acted as if she rather be somewhere else.

Breakfast was good. I guess one of the kitchen staff made homemade hot sauce to go on the eggs. It was excellent!!! I'd like to have a recipe if they could share. I am a big milk drinker and the milk was very cold.
Bed was a little too firm for my liking. Pillows were extremely firm. Do they have rooms with more comfortable beds? Just curious

Very nice friendly staff and very clean.
You couldn't even get anything for breakfast crowds would storm it over and over again so there was nothing left before breakfast was even over.

I liked the decor and cleanliness. Free ice tea. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Even helped in the middle of the night, when my elderly mom in law scraped her arm.. found some small medical supplies .. when all nearby stores were closed.
Family of five staying.. no hand towel.. one washcloth.. and only two bath towels.

I've stayed at this hotel before. The rooms, including the bed, are comfortable.
The only problem I had was with the shower door - it wouldn't stay closed. The staff was advised.

Breakfast was very good. They had eggs, suasage, Bagels, Cereal Biscuits and Gravy, Yogurt. Coffee was always available and the staff was very friendly every morning! Housekeeping is by request only and only on Monday,Wednesday,Friday but if we needed anything we just asked the very friendly housekeepers we would meet in the hall and they would give us anything we needed.
We stayed through the weekend and Saturday night when we returned to the hotel and visiting with family, The parking lot was completely full. We ended up parking on the edge of the lot while others had to park in the dirt field next to the parking lot.

Very nice place for a great price. Very clean and everyone is very nice. The room was beautiful!
The room stayed at 75-77 which is a little too warm. The pillows were too hard and warm. Neither of these were too bad. I'm just picky.

The location. Nice facility. Ok breakfast.
The carpet had not been swept under the tables. I dropped a vitamin which rolled under the tables, I found M & Ms. Would like to of had a bar of soap at the sink in bathroom.
