Nice people, service needs dramatic improvement

Never got room service despite being scheduled. We had to request towels & coffee twice because none were replenished or cleaned

I enjoyed my stay thanks to staff kind words and a smile.

The friendliness of one gentle lady who was present both when I checked in and when I checked out. That made all the difference for me. I travel often across the country and I stayed in many hotels. What I have observed is that staff are friendlier when you check in than when you check out. In the case of the Fairfield in Dickson, I was delighted to have been proven wrong. I will definitely stay there again.

The appearance, staff, cleanliness, and breakfast are a wonderful break for the weary traveler.

Breakfast was very good. The cleanliness was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful.

The mattress on one of the queen beds had definitely seen better days. It was an uncomfortable night.

overall a good stay had it just been a little cleaner

location and ease of parking

wasn’t as clean as I expected for the price. there was hair in the bathroom floor and tub and the room just didn’t smell fresh

Comfort of bed. Location. Friendliness of staff

Pool water was very cold Room was filthy. Did not clean or vacuum. When you showered felt like you were going to fall through. Could feel and hear creaking like you were standing on thin plywood

Amazing Staff!
