they advertised shuttle service but there was no shuttle on Sundays, and no taxis at the airport either. That is hard to take after a long transatlantic flight. I got lucky when eventually a taxi came through, but it cost me a lot of extra dollars. I had chosen this hotel because it was supposedly near the airport (not true) and had a free shuttle (apparently only on some days). When I left, the shuttle did take me to the airport, so that was a positive. The coffee was very very weak there, but the rest of the breakfast was acceptable.

At the price of the entire stay we should not have request room service .. and when we called for service ti the front desk the snobby answer was “ read the website “

Everything about this hotel. I used to only stay at Red Roof every time I traveled which is often and booked with Hampton this time and will not be booking any where else

Nothing really. If I had to say anything - the lady at check in looked like she wasn’t in a good mood. It was later and we were tired from traveling. Also the pillows were too fluffy lol
