The rooms are disgusting. SUPER DIRTY! I couldn’t even shower there were hairs all over the shower, toilet was dirty, and they literally left us a used toilet paper roll. The bed sheets were all crumpled up as if they were used and the person that “cleaned” just shook them off and put the same ones. At the very bottom in between the fitted sheet and flat sheet there was dirt. As we got there we sat down on the bed and realized the bed had bugs however I’m not sure if they are bed bugs or any other small bug (also have a pic) according to google it looked more like a flea. So we slept on top of our blankets. Windows had very thin curtains and no blinds so anyone could see inside if we turned on the light at night. We took pictures of everything. The a/c kept shutting off, so we had to keep getting up at night to turn it on. The fridge and freezer were gross, I have medication that needs to be refrigerated so I had no option but to put it in there. It was too late to find a hotel that fit our budget but if we would’ve known it was going to be that bad, I would’ve rather spend $50 more to be able to sleep comfortable.

Hot headed Indian guy screamed at me for taking trash out of my room and putting it in the dumpster. Some one needs to teach him that he can’t act like that in America and expect to seem professional.

With bus service, everything was accessable

The room smelled so bad like a pungent spice smell that penetrated my clothes. The room itself was gross there was a stain that i swear looked like blood.

It was spacious

The property was spacious, but there are no amenities such as regular and decaf coffee. The remote control needed battery to work. The shower needs towel racks, no shower bars to hold on to. The beds were not comfortable, it was like I was sleeping in a solid rock, the mattress was so hard. The bathroom vent was so loud that I have to turn it off. The sofas were old and dirty. The towel were outside the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend.

Toilets are very small, if someone takes a bath then it spills water everywhere. Very small and uncomfortable. There is no bin in the room, we spoke to the front desk but they said as per their policy there is only one bin in the restroom. Other than these tawals are not clean, we found several hairs in it. Same goes for bed covers

I could tell the owners are working hard to update the motel. Renovated shower and sink, newer carpets and drapes. Staff/owners were very responsive to our requests.

Some spiders and ants in the room. Some pillows didn’t have pillowcases on them and were stained. (We didn’t use those because there were enough pillows with pillowcases).

The bed comforter was stained, we had to duct tape the refrigerator to keep closed, the toilet seat was broken, the lamp shade was ripped, the TV had a line through it, the bathroom shower flooded the bathroom, I found pieces of dog food on the carpet, there were punch marks on the door, the entry door had a gap so it was freezing. The people next door came home at 2am and messed with their car for an hour yelling at each other. Ironically, the night before we were asked to turn down our music at 10pm which we did. I want to call the health department and BBB to report this hotel and fraudulent representation that they show online. I want and expect my money back. I have photos to prove these disgusting condition.

it was extremely dirty. dirty walls, behind the dressers there was a dirty plate and various trash and the outlets were not working when we went, although the staff did their best to fix it.

the shower was good, the room was big, location good

the beds were dirty. we got to the hotel at 8pm and the heater was off and we were freezing in that room until 3am that was when the room finally got warmer. there was no towels and blankets enough for the 5 people in our party + parking was a real nightmare. it’s extremely small for the amount of rooms. we came back after dinner with friends around midnight and had to be driving around the neighborhood looking for street parking, which was awful considering the amount of snow.
