Condo was as described and both the condo and location were great as it was family friendly. A lot besides the beach within walking distance, such as delicious ice cream @ Duffer’s. Communication and check-in was great and when there was an issue with one of the tub drains, was promptly addressed and fixed the next day. Would definitely recommend!

The home was wonderful, Chris the property owner was on time with everything even when we had to come back. Over all it was a fantastic stay, and i will be coming back soon.

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was a quick walk away from the beach and boardwalk. The living room has tons of seating for larger groups and the check in process was a breeze. We didn’t have any little ones staying with us BUT it’s very obviously kid friendly. 10/10 would recommend this and would consider renting again. Thank you so much for hosting!

Loved this VRBO. Chris was wonderful with communications. Well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful decor. Very clean. Easy parking. Loved the labels on doors which made it very easy to find our way around things. Has made us Wildwood (and Chris) fans!

We came to Wildwood to attend our daughter's graduation from Coast Guard boot camp; our party consisted of 3 adults, 2 teens and on grad night, my daughter. It was so nice to have a bedroom for everyone, and a lovely open living room/kitchen for hanging out and enjoying some of the fantastic take out options from close by. We didn't have time to cook, but if we had wanted to, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Communication with the host was perfect - we got our check in instructions in plenty of time, and check out was super easy and painless. I am very grateful that we stayed here, and absolutely would love to come back during the summer season to enjoy the town's seasonal activities. For those who are not from the East Coast - be aware that it is customary for rentals in the area to NOT provide any linens, so you'll have to bring your own. We were aware of this, but it's the 1st time we've ever had to plan for that in all of our previous rentals. Overall, I can highly recommend this home, without hesitation!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean, spacious and beautiful. The host was very accommodating and was great with communication. Easy check in and check out process, plenty of parking space, and good location. We will defenitly be back next year!

This was the second time we spent New Years Eve weekend there. The perfect place to be together with friends and not have to drive! Chris was great and the place was clean, cozy and has everything you could possibly need. We cooked amazing meals, had cocktails and played lots of games. Great experience two times now and I'm sure we will stay again!

We stay here every year on 50s weekend. It is so comfortable and clean and we can walk to the convention center! We can’t wait to come back every year! Thank you, Chris!

The home was very clean, modern, and stocked with so many amenities. We came to Wildwood for a race and it rained in the afternoon so we were able to enjoy the cozy living room with big TV, comfy couch, fireplace and all the games that were provided. I am so happy I chose to stay at this property. The place was very clean and had everything I needed. I had my 4 year old and 1 year old on this trip and this place had lots of children's items including kids utensils, kids table seat, and even a basket of toys. The location was also only minutes from the beach, which I appreciated with the kids and less than 10 minutes from the boardwalk. Most nights my husband and I just loaded my kids in the stroller and walked to the boardwalk. We felt very safe staying here. This rental includes garage space to park your car (this is also where we stored our stroller and beach gear), which we loved. We also made good use of the outdoor shower to rinse off before we went inside. This rental is on the top floor, but honestly my husband and kids didn't mind the short walk up the stairs. The owner had great communication and had even has a binder that has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. I would highly recommend this rental and would consider staying there again.

There are two flights of stairs to walk up but the house is perfect! If you’re traveling with kids, the owners left out great toys for younger children to play with. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances. The rooms are large and comfortable. You do have to bring sheets and towels. We will definitely be staying again!

Finding rentals for a few days verses a week in June is extremely difficult but Chris was nice enough to let us stay before he began his weekly summer rentals. The check in process and communication was great. The place was ready a few hours early and he let me know right away. Although it’s a top floor unit the stairs are broken up very nice so you don’t even realize the number of steps. The place was nicely furnished and had everything you could need and even stuff for the beach. Plenty of parking between the garage and the spot in the driveway. Bedrooms were a great size and 2 bathrooms was a plus! Close the boardwalk! The beach is very very long, I highly recommend the taxi service! Worth every penny so you don’t have to hike down the beach. My only negative from the whole trip was the beds were very firm and hard, I personally like a plush mattress. Everyone has different preferences! Overall amazing rental and would recommend!

This is an amazing beach home very close to the Wildwood beach and boardwalk, restaurants, activities such as mini golf, a grocery store, convenience stores, and more! The place was very clean, comfortable and had excellent working AC (very important for a hot weekend). There’s even an outdoor shower in the backyard to help get sand off after a beach day! It was an absolutely lovely stay!

The owners were very responsive and proactive in addressing an issue with the electricity. The house was exactly as pictured and had plenty of extras (toys, bikes, etc) that made our stay even better. Great location and in walking distance to anything you’d need to get to.
