Lovely warm clean environment, hosted by John and Sandra, 2 lovely people who are supported by jo and Joan House keepers extraordinaires ,would highly recommend this place and the breakfast was to die for

We like everything and have booked again for June and July this year. Sandra and John are absolutely lovely. Nothing is too much trouble, it is a home from home! The room was beautiful and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was amazing.

Lovely welcome by John. Car parking sorted and breakfast order placed. We were in room 8. Right at the top of the building and on the back. Small room, but everything we needed for a couple of nights. Very clean. Tray with plenty of tea and coffee and decent sized mugs. Always a bonus. Fantastic breakfast. Great service and really well cooked food. Plenty of options. Hot food ordered night before

We had a lovely stay room was clean and plenty of tea coffee and milk beds were comfortable. We were made very welcome and had a lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Also parking with in the Hotel which is also a bonus.

Super hotel our room had a lovely sea view . The room itself was very clean with beautiful clean white towels changed whenever needed. Our room was on the third floor which next time we go will ask for a first or second floor room as it’s a long way up there The breakfast is fabulous with plenty of choice and well cooked by John . All the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking places are available Looking forward to going again next year Sandra and John

excellent location and very clean

The location was excellent you could walk everywhere and it was convenient for attractions etc The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice whether you wanted continental or cooked.

I booked a small doubleand it certainly was just that. You could not open the door to the room fully to get inside. Also the room was very warm and as it was in the back it faced the main road which was busy pretty much all the time so if you wanted the window open you had to contend with traffic.

Really lovely location with amazing views of the north beach. All the staff were really friendly and really made us feel like we were part of their extended family.

The shower in our room could do with a bit of attention. It went from freezing cold to boiling hot within a small tweak of the temperature gauge.

Very well organised from welcome e-mail to checkout. Good breakfast with attentive efficient service. Lovely refurbished rooms with many nice little touches. Literally across the road from the path to the beach. Parking on site.

The water pressure is a little feeble, and the shower temperature was somewhat temperamental.

the bar only being open 7-10 this could have done with being open a little earlier for guest arrival

John, Sandra and Harley were fabulous hosts. They made us feel so welcome and were amazing with our little girl. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely visit again and have already recommended to family and friends.

A small table would be good next to the single bed to put your cuppa and phone on. Everything else was spot on.
