Front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful
Out dated bathrooms, limited breakfast menu, location is not close to harem

Its in good location, approx. 10 min walk to get to Haram. A lot of restaurants and shops are nearby.

Hotel is almost 10min walk from Harm and road is usually very busy and dirty. Rooms needs lot more focus on cleaning, like bed sheets were stained, bath rooms are outdated.

Avevo prenotato una camera king con letto matrimoniale ma mi hanno dato una camera con tre letti singolo.
Non sono mai venuti a pulire la stanza e mi sono dovuto arrabbiare per avere la camera Pulita. Il letto non è mai stato cambiato in 5 giorni. Non hanno mai disinfettato niente! Ringrazio il sig. SAMIR, che ha salvato la situazione dandosi da fare ed è stato molto gentile!

Everything was good. The staff was lovely.
