Facility has good features and is maintained well. Every member of the staff is very courteous and helpful. Food is good and tries to accomodate different cuisines and preferences.

Seated on a cliff, looking towards the lush green meadows, Coorg Cliffs is a resort that takes you back in time. Spectacular view, good spacious rooms, brilliant services and scrumptious food. We visited the place during the long weekend and was supposed to be relaxing one. The place is always buzzing with crowd but the people there go out of the way to make you feel special. Noteworthy mentions - Savitha, Jackie and Tulasha ( apologies if the name is wrongly pronounced ) who were always there to help, with their smiling and every helpful presence. We took half board and recommend taking it.Great mix of cuisine and each dish is so well cooked. Serving was made special as the staff took special care. Considering we had a small baby, they used to visit the table often and ask for assistance. The furniture at the restaurant is wooden and has good provision for kids too Do go for the nature walk. Enjoy the place and relax by the pool.. The place does have a infinity pool and there is something for everyone. It's a trip that i will remember for a long Time. Thank you folks at Coorg Cliffs resort!!
I would have loved to have the spa done but the place was under renovation. Also, they were renovating, so it was a bit not so great an experience with construction sounds, dust and upkeeps.

Location , rooms are spacious . Early morning birds chirping is always a pleasure .
Excellent staff and very friendly they all are .
Lohit , Ravi Rai , Savitha , Prashant all are good .

I visited the place with my parents who are senior citizens, sister and her child to stay which we enjoyed but what we found inconvenient was the stairs to be used to reach our room which was little bit scary for my parents.

A charming hotel set in the beautiful hillside surrounded by coffee plantations.
Lovely views.
High tea at 4.30 daily.
Twice daily walks with a guide, Blinder who also took us on a long walk independently. He was very knowledgeable.

The location of the room, with excellent view of sunset. The food was extremely good. The staff were generally helpful and housekeeping attended to our calls. In particular senior staff Ravi Rai and the person who took us to the Nature walk Lohith were very helpful.
There were small issues with plumbing but were taken care of immediately

This was a nice little stay. Watching the sunset from the property was amazing. The facilities are nice and well-maintained. Lohith from their staff was very helpful, friendly, and guided us well. Ravi from the staff was helpful too. We will consider revisiting for sure.

Staff are very friendly,we had very good time with the family and kids enjoy the play area . Food was excellent along the service. Unfortunately I had a ankel twist but the staffs were very helpful to gear up from that. I would like to covey my special thanks to below people Savitha, subramanian,Shalini,bheemappa, pankaj, mithanjali,fizal, Samarth, nohith and also the chef's.
Some suggestions, after cleaning walk way or steps, if warning board sign are place will be helpful.

Breakfast was awesome and more particularly the staff serving it. Would like to mention name of mr Ravi Rai.
Little more work is required for North Indian cuisine

Wi fi not available in the areas of the Resort except reception area.
Quality of some food items, specially North Indian & biryani needs improvement.

Room was kind isolated and the nearby pool was empty without water. There was a snake as well since Bamboo trees are closer.

Food was awesome, we have never eaten so much food because it was extraordinary. All staff and management team were always caring. Happiness was there all around. I would like to my mention name of Pankaj in restaurant, very sincere and silent serious caring person. He was always available for the help. Thanks to whole team. Location was incomparable.
