any sort of decent wifi connection would have been good, a good affordable breakfast also good, a bed where i could sleep in plus a decent pillow, some coat hangars.

The car park has an entrance from Blaubeurer Str. We arrived in the dark and it seemed full so we drove out. Next to the Pizza kiosk on Bleicher-Walk-Str looked like the exit (see photo). We drove off the high kerb and scraped the bottom of the car. Please mark the boundary of the car park.

Also good for late checkin at 2 am! Nice room and good bed.

Everything was very neat and clean, the bed was super comfortable.

I had some troubles with taxis that couldn't find the hotel entrance, for some reasons.

The parking

Wifi practically not existent. The sink has an electro valve and the water stops all the time. The bed had only one pillow. Very few TV Channels. BBC not working. CNN OK. The rest only German. The reception needs to learn some bissnes manners. Very expensive for what it offers.

The hotel has a small gym, a shared room with tables and a drinks/snacks vending machine. Also, there are a couple of supermarkets 2-3 mins walk from it and a pizza 24/7 vending machine right outside. The bathroom was perfect - clean, with new facilities and enough space.

Tiny room, awful WiFi - almost didn't work, there are no kitchen utensils in the room - even kettle and cups, no fridge.

The price vs value was quite good. I made a mistake and double booked the same night. The person at the desk was very helpful to get this resolved. The location was good if you don't mind walking to the city center (20 minutes). It is not convenient for public transport. It is basically the same time to walk or take public transport.

If there is an issue you only have a limited window to address it as the desk has limited hours. The room was very hot as the AC did not seem to be able to handle the space. Thankfully it was cool enough to open the window but since I was on the main street side, the noise became an issue with the window open.

Pillow not very comfortable. Prefer smaller pillows.

Air conditioning in the rooms made it great in the middle of Summer!

A contemporary, stylish and affordable hotel. Clean and discrete. The hotel is a bit far from the old town. I had not used a public transport therefore I have no idea how long it takes to get to the center or how often the buses go. A 20 min walk through the green park takes you to the old town. You won't be able check into the hotel prior the confirmed arrival time. Everything is automatic - it will not let you in. I arrived two hours earlier and I was not able to get into the building. There is a nice cafeteria in the supermarket next to the hotel. I had my cappuccino while waiting. Buy the way, the cappuccino was excellent. Recommended. The Wi-Fi speed was good at the hotel. I worked from the hotel remotely. I would stay there again. What you get for the price is good.

I have stayed a few nights at this hotel. It was so noisy one night - somebody was having a great party at the relax room accessible for everyone at the hotel. I could not sleep at all. Because it is administrated contemporary (everything is remote), there was no whom to complain about the situation.

Automated check-in was simple. The hotel was very nice and clean. Parking was free.

The AC in room 120 wasn't really doing much, as it couldn't reach the set temperature.
