The apartment was just wonderful with everything you needed with the bonus of being in the heart of the old town. Everything is literally on your doorstep. Carmen was so helpful with any query we had. I highly recommend this gorgeous apartment. Cadiz is a lovely place with some great places to see and great beaches.

Good central location; comfortable and clean apartment.

We had a great 13 night stay in this apartment in Cadiz. We could not have asked more in terms of the location and Carmen has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and easy to manage in every way. We loved Cadiz with all its history and vibrant street scenes to say nothing of the beaches and the great food. We found travelling around on public transport easy and relatively cheap. We visited El Puerto, Rota, Sanlucar, Jerez and Arcos de la Frontera. We also spent many hours enjoying the sights in Cadiz. If we return to Cadiz we would not hesitate to stay in this apartment again. Thank you Carmen and Alejandra .

This flat has everything you need in a compact setting. I loved being able to go out on the tiny street and be in the heart of things without the noise indoors that normally goes with that. Carmen and Alejandra her representative were very helpful all through my 3 week stay and any problems or questions were dealt with within hours. It was great to have a supply of water, bread, butter and milk left in the fridge on arrival. 2 suggestions - an anti slip mat in the shower pan and the toilet flush needs adjusting to work properly..

Fantastic property to explore Cadiz.

Situated in a central but quiet area next to the Cathedral, the apartment is spacious, modern, spotlessly clean and features everything you could want or need for a relaxing holiday (including good wifi and Netflix!). Carmen is a lovely lady and you will fall in love with her and the wonderful, friendly city of Cadiz.

Lovely place to stay, very comfortable, close to main town attractions, very lighted modern flat with very comfortable beds and pillows. The location is great, right by the Cathedral, within easy walking distance from everything. I will certainly go back to this place. Public parking is very close and very reasonable per day. Carmen is an amazing host. I truly recommend this place. Thanks Carmen for sharing this reasure in Cadiz.

Excellent apartment right in the centre of Cadiz. Very clean and well equipped. Beds really comfortable. The goodies in the fridge were welcome so we could have a drink when we arrived. Carmen responded to emalis quickly. Would highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Everything was just as we expected from the photos on the website. Cadiz is a beautiful town to explore and being situated right in the centre of the old town enabled us to walk everywhere. The apartment was spotlessly clean and provided everything that we needed. Excellent two bedroom accomodation in the heart of the old town - the Cathedral two minutes walk one way, the market two minutes away the other. Apartment very clean and comfortable, three storeys up - with a small balcony and access to the roof terrace. Provisions left for us which was excellent for use the next morning for breakfast as we had arrived on Sunday evening. Alejandra was waiting for us at the time we said we would arrive, and even came back the next day to assist us (we couldn’t work out how to use the hob - we’re not very bright). The lift was out of order for a day, but didn’t bother us. Would definitely recommend the apartment and a visit to Cadiz, even though the weather was wet and wild.

We stayed for eight nights in early March 2018 when Cadiz was experiencing severe weather conditions , this meant we weren't able to use the property roof terrace which was a shame. the apartment was very clean and well equipped with minimum noise. The owner arranged for the key holder to meet us and left good info in the property regarding restaurants etc, we were more than happy with the property. We had never visited Cadiz before and even though the weather wasn't at its best we really enjoyed our stay, the food market was amazing, the beaches were clean and there was plenty of things to explore all on foot which was a bonus.

We had the best experience staying in Cadiz at Carmen's apartment. It is in a wonderful location, appointed well with everything you would need. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this place! Thanks for the great time!

We have arranged countless vacation and short-term rentals in many countries over many years, and this property was definitely one of the best, in every aspect. The apartment is extremely well outfitted, and very generously stocked. Everything is new and in good working order, - great appliances, beds, etc. The location is ideal and the apartment is very quiet. Carmen has set a very high standard in her attention to detail in this property. She should consider teaching other hosts/landlords how it's done properly! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in Cadiz, and having a lovely, clean, and well-maintained place to stay, made everything just that much more pleasant.

We agree with all the great reviews of this apartment. We really enjoyed our holiday in Cadiz and we couldn't have picked a better apartment or location. We rang Alejandra when we got to the train station ( from Seville) and she was right on time to meet us ! The apartment is only 5 minutes in a taxi or a short walk. Alejandra brought bread and milk with her which was a really nice touch. We also had a day in Jerez (only 30 minutes by train) during the Feria which was brilliant. We loved this part of Spain and we will be back and would love to stay in this apartment again.

The apartment is bright and comfortable, and well-equipped. The only thing we missed was a chopping-board which was not too much of a problem as we ate out all the time except for an odd snack or breakfast. It is so convenient for the beaches, the port (trips to Puerto de Sta Maria) and the market area. We had a little misunderstanding about the time of arrival, but it soon sorted itself and Alejandra explained most things to us and had brought us some shopping to welcome us. The apartment is quiet when you want it, but if you open the front door in the day, you can take in the flavour of Cadiz from the street below ! Cadiz is a lovely city, easy to wander around, and number 7 bus from Catedral stop on the promenade will take you a long way for 1 euro.20 ! This would be ideal for families wanting to find long beaches to spend the day on. There are so many restaurants it is difficult to single out individual ones. The Viajero del Merkao at the side of the Mercado was great value for money and the food was excellent. El Bodegon, between the Catedral and the Plaza San Juan de Dios was also a favourite for us. Staff in both restaurants were very friendly. A very good 6 days, and we will probably re-visit.

Carmen met us after our short walk from the train station. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We saw other people enter the building but never heard them as this was one of the quietest apartments we have used. The location could not be more perfect (near food and other shopping areas) with the heart of old Cadiz steps away.
