We loved the friendly staff and the excellent food.

The beds were too soft.

The surroundings and the rooms are nice, the stuff was friendly and helpful and also immediately offered a room for the bikes when they saw that we were travelling by bike.

We booked the room including the dinner, but sadly for vegetarians the buffet doesn't really offer many vegetarian options.

- very nice location of the facility out of the city (except the noise coming from main road), connected to bikers paths - super helpful and nice staff (including the owner and his wife) - BIO and local food, high quality and quantity (we paid extra for the dinner) - possibility to charge electric car - large space to store bikes - well equipped and maintained playground for kids

- orientation of bedroom window towards main road (200m away) caused very high noise level in the room - bed grate damaged, had to be fixed prior to sleeping - basic old fashion style and equipment of the room, limited availability of accessories (hair dryer not present in the room)

Breakfast was delicious and there was many variety. Homemade jams were my favourite. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for everyone who wants to relax and enjoy nature.

Beds can be more comfortable. And also hairdryer would be better to see in the room.

One of my favorite hotel stays ever. We ready have another long weekend booked for next month. :) Good for kids- our toddler (1.5 years old) loved the playground and farm animals, staff were prepared to deal with families with young children. Great homemade food for breakfast and at the restaurant. The assortment at breakfast wasn't huge, but everything was delicious, especially the beef sausages (parky). Dinner at the restaurant was equally as good. Quiet location a little out of the town. Nice walk to Třeboň via bike/walking paths (about 5 km, without any hills). The property feels big and open, and there was plenty of parking. Very big, spacious apartment with charming wooden furniture and decor. More than enough room for the three of us. The kitchen was well equipped and if we had stayed longer, had everything we would need to make our own meals. Very clean. The staff were especially helpful and accomodating- they even brought our food up to our room during a big storm because it was getting too late for our toddler to sit in the restaurant. They were very warm and welcoming, which was especially important for us being there not long after hotels reopened after coronavirus lockdown (we were quite uncertain about if we should go or not).

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was as good or better than expected

This bio farm with sheep, cows and garden features beautiful, minimalist and tasteful rooms and very nice surroundings with wonderful playground for children. The restaurant offers great cuisine with home-made jams, sausages, cakes for breakfast and tasty menu with daily specials. As a bonus you can get comfy at a big fireplace with a glass of wine :)
