Great place to stay.

No hot water in room. Offered a different room but would have had to repack to move.

the view is spectacular, the pools are clean, the gardens well kept and well maintained. the beaches are very distant and with many steps to go down not suitable for people with walking disabilities. the saltwater pools are a delight, it's like entering the sea without risking that a wave drags you.

the people on duty at the pool are not friendly, I had to call them many times until they answered my call. they need to walk around aware that the people at the pool require service.

La vista al mar y acantilado es otra experiencia.

Habitaciones podrían mejorar. Hay que pagar US$15 extra por usar las hamacas, (un poco absurdo)

The location is the reason I selected this hotel. it has beautiful views of the ocean from every corner of the property. Perched on the cliffs overlooking a public beach to the west and a private beach to the east. watching the sunsets from the free pampas were the highlight of every day. the salt water pools are very picturesque, although int reality a bit slimy thanks to the algae overgrowth. The restaurant is beautiful with attentive staff and great atmosphere. I also appreciated the air conditioning in my room, the staff at Pelicanos Restaurant, and the helpful front desk staff.

I hated my room. There was nothing relaxing or comfortable about it. No paying guest should have Room 209. The staff service area is right next door and the way the building is constructed you hear loud banging and yelling all day long beginning at 8am until 9pm everyday. it’s like living next to a construction zone. There was no relaxing and enjoying quiet time. The bed is much too hard for my liking, and it really needed a bedside lamp. The property on the weekends is over run with families who purchase day passes and are streaming in by 9am. You need to get up early to reserve a hammock or chair, if you want a place to relax later in the day.

The place is a hidden gem!! Beautiful, fantastic staff! It have a great view of the pacific coast and spectacular sunset!!!!!

The cabañas or chalet should be free of charge! But if a guest wants to get on the hammock that are on the cabañas or chalet’s they have to pay additional charge 🙁
