Nice apartments, friendly staff, equiped well, underground parking space available and rooftop swimming pool

new, spacious and well equipped apartments. Very convenient when traveling with family. The sea is very close by. Nice personel. Overall, great place for the money.

Location accros the street from the beach was great.

Floor could have been cleaner (only vacuumed, not wiped solid floor maybe?) ; parking space was just doable but very tight.

Nice, modern and clean one bedroom apartment. Comfortable beds and great rain shower. Location was good, opposite the beach and they gave you discount to the restaurant downstairs which serves delicious and amazing pizza and seafood pasta. Very reasonable price too, much cheaper than the other main cities prices we had in Rome, Florence and Venice. We ate dinner there most nights after the MotoGP. Had a very small washing machine in bathroom which was handy but can do only one small load at a time. Good decent size kitchen and full size fridge.

Wifi didn’t work at all up to level 4 on all the five days we were there. They said they’ll fix it everyday but it still didn’t work. Probably only works in lobby or lower floors. The plugs are the small European holes so if you have a bigger European adapter or appliance, it won’t plug in. Can ask receptionist for an adapter, they may have one, as the kettle in the apartment was a big plug and couldn’t plug in to any of the powerpoints at all so couldn’t be used!

It was a good stay! Staff was really helpful and kind. The appartment was spacious, bright and well equipped with all essentials, very close to the beach. In the kitchenette you'll find everything what you need (plates, cups, cutlery, pots, even a moka pot). Stuff inside is fairly new, the design is modern what makes our stay comfortable. The view from the rooftop pool was great. There are many shops and restaurants around. In walking distance you'll find FlixBus stop and Rimini's public transport's stops, what makes easy to get to the city centre or even to Aquarium of Cattolica. We would definitely stay there once again.

The residence is near a very noisy street, so if you look for a calm place to stay it is not there. Check-in is in the next hotel (Aurgia) and we weren't clearly informed about that. There's a map next to the main door how to get to the hotel's office but it isn't clearly indicated that there you should do your check-in. It is confusing. We've stayed there for a week and the appartment was cleaned only once. With all the sand from the beach you bring unwittingly with your stuff it would be nice to clean the place more often.

The location was perfect. Very close to restaurants, beaches, and shops.

They didn’t tell us that check- in was through another hotel. Nobody was answering the phone so we spent an hour trying to find the entrance . It is the staff an another hotel. The parking is a nightmare. Very tight space in basement.
