Es war nicht ganz einfach zu Natalie und Jean-Paul zu finden - aber es war definitiv der Mühe wert! Nach den letzten Metern öffnet sich ein grandioser Blick auf die Bucht von Villefranche - 200 Stufen über dem Meer. Das Apartment ist sauber und räumlich gut aufgeteilt und schön hell gehalten. Alles funktionierte bestens und alles Nötige war da. Eine große Terrasse lädt zum Faulenzen ein. Baden in nächster Nähe "unter" dem Apartment am Hausstrand und dann an schönen Stränden auf Cap Ferrat (mit dem Auto oder Bus). Bus und Bahn erlauben auch, leicht nach Nizza zu kommen. Aber auch die authentischen Gebirgsdörfer im Hinterland sind nicht weit. Und Natalie und Jean-Paul sind hilfreiche und herzensgute Menschen. Rosemarie und Hilmar.

Lieu conforme en tout point aux photos sur le site. Coup de cœur assuré par la beauté du site et la proximité avec les lieux à visiter. Propriétaire d'une extrême gentillesse et à votre écoute. Très calme et une vue que l'on aimerait tous avoir chez soi.

Excellent accueil. L appartement correspond en tout point à l’annonce. Les lieux sont très propres. Une vue à couper le souffle. Je recommande.

Attirée par les superbes photos de la vue de la terrasse , j’ai choisi cet appartement pour une semaine hors saison et ne le regrette pas du tout. L’appartement est très bien équipé, de la machine à expresso au sèche-cheveux, il est fonctionnel avec un chauffage rapide, une douche à l’italienne ,un parking au pied de l’appartement, et surtout un très agréable balcon, offrant en permanence une vue sublime sur la baie de Villefranche et saint jean cap ferrat. Quel bonheur d’ouvrir ses volets le matin et de contempler la mer de son lit! Natalie et Jean-Paul sont des hôtes tout à fait accueillants . Nous sommes partis avec un pincement au cœur de quitter ce lieu très attachant. C’est une belle adresse que je recommande

Lieu de résidence très agréable, confortable, calme avec une vue merveilleuse sur la rade de Villefranche et le cap Ferrat. Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Possibilité de visiter les alentours à pied mais il ne faut pas hésiter à marcher....Bon séjour

The view was spectacular and the weather was always sunny. The people were friendly and kind. The apartment was immaculate and exceeded all expectations. A car is recommended but if you want to stay in shape the walking is manageable. We would highly recommend staying there.

Emplacement idyllique, logement extra correspondant bien aux photos. Une vue formidable, des hôtes très accueillants. Et des balades très chouettes dans les environs, sans trop de touristes en cette saison ! Pensez à prendre des jumelles !

The apartment is supplied with everything you could possibly need and more importantly that the large sunny terrace with direct views of the bay encourage some just stay-and-relax time. My wife and I stayed at the property for our honeymoon. It was more than we expected spotlessly clean, fantastic views, peace and quiet. Jean-Paul and Natalie were a delight, Natalie even took us to our hotel for part two of our visit thank you so much.

Après 2 semaines passées en Toscane nous nous sommes posés dans l’appartement de Natalie et Jean-Paul. Un charmant appartement bien décoré, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Nous choisissons toujours nos locations été comme hiver avec comme critère principal une vue bien dégagée. On peut dire que cette fois on en a pris plein les yeux, aussi bien le jour que la nuit d’ailleurs. C’est un très très beau site. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas nos Alpes Maritimes, n’hésitez pas....de Cannes à Menton les centres d’intérêt ne manquent pas. Nous on ne s’en lasse pas, surtout en juin la vie est très cool! Et l’appartement est parfaitement situé pour profiter de tout cela. Pour la baignade la petite plage du casino de Beaulieu est parfaite! Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Un super séjour. Excellent séjour

We rented Jean-Paul and Natalie's stylish and comfortable apartment for two weeks. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. It felt private when inside or on the terrace. It looks just like the pictures except that the view is even better in real life! We were able to park our car safely just outside the house. Make sure you get directions if arriving by car or taxi as the house is off the chemin. We walked to Villefranche-sur-Mer, Cap Ferrat or Beaulieu-sur-Mer more or less on alternate days - the walk down is fine but the walk back up is steep with steps and a hill. Would I stay again? Without a doubt! Thanks very much to our friendly hosts...

Wir (kleine Familie) haben unsere Woche hier sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Unsere Gastegeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Ein Auto braucht man nur für die Ausflüge ins Hinterland und ggf. Einkäufe. Die Busstation ist in 10 Minuten (und ca. 170 Stufen) wirklich gut erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell und günstig in Nizza oder Monaco.

Accueil sympathique des propriétaires, Bel appartement moderne, fonctionnel, literie impeccable, et la vue... la plus belle depuis des années, époustouflante. Une voiture est indispensable même si les escaliers sont d'un parcours agréable.

Our hosts Jean Paul and Natalie were very friendly and provided us with everything we needed! The property is clean, fully equipped and has a fantastic view! We loved it!!!

What a wonderful wonderful few days. Despite the fact that we arrived in pouring rain - we were warmly greeted by Natalie and Jean-Paul. Natalie went out of her way to help us and drove us to the local SuperU so that we could stock up on food and more importantly wine as the rain was due to last another 24 hours! The apartment is modern and we wanted for nothing - it was also spotless. The terrace offers one of the best views we have every experienced - even when it is pouring with rain - it is just beautiful. We had an absolutely fabulous few days here - and could have stayed forever. Jean-Paul and Natalie are perfect hosts. We WILL be back!

Nathalie hat uns vom Bahnhof abgeholt und uns gleich mit einer notration Lebensmittel versorgt, da Sonntag war...1 Supermarkt ist sonntags geöffnet. Wohnung sauber, alles da. Man hört Zug und Strasse wenn man auf der Terrasse sitzt. Ist aber gut zu ertragen. Bushaltestelle und Bahnstation sind in 10, bzw.20 Minuten zu erreichen Sehr schöne Lage!

Have just returned from a lovely week in the apartment overlooking the bay at Villefranche. Our time was very relaxing assisted considerably by the helpful owners Jean-Paul and Natalie who live next door. Could not recommend more highly and we will consider going back in the not to distant future for more of the same.
