Very homely and comfortable. Lovely Victorian character property. Huge beds! Great location with plenty of shops/cafes/supermarkets nearby, plus walking distance to the sea. We had a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our two nights here although disappointed with the general area, and a bit of a trek uphill to find parking.

Nice appartment. The bedrooms and bathroom are big enough and very clean. The kitchen is a bit small with the dining table standing close to it. We moved the sofas a bit so we can sit at two sides of the table. We had no wifi during our stay and the hot water was sometimes also a problem (to take a bath we had to push a special button and wait one hour) and the information in the appartment about these practical things may be in more detail. No major problems, only a little annoying sometimes. St. Leonards offers enough in terms of supermarkets and restaurants, but we had the impression that the town has had its best time. Altough its close to Hastings (ony 30 minutes on foot) where there is more to do. Chris responded quickly to our most questions, and was very flexible about the check-in.

Great accommodation just right for my husband 2 children and myself. Beds were super comfy and lounge was lovely with the fire on felt very cosy as we visited in Oct half term. We had fish and chips from the chippy a few doors down really nice and walked into Hastings. Would recommended this accommodation.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Leonards. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well equipped, with a lovely kitchen and a pleasant lounge. All the rooms are full of light and very clean. The location was perfect for us too, as there are lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep, the seafront is just a few minutes’ walk away and the train station is even closer. There are so many interesting places to see in the area, and Chris was very helpful with recommendations. All in all, we felt lucky to have found this charming flat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place! The very charming apartment/house makes you really feel at home. The whole place is very clean and nicely furnished and we loved the original details. The bathrooms are all modern, the kitchen is well equipped and wonderful to be used. The location is just great, two supermarkets, bakery and butcher in few minutes walking distance, train station really nearby, only a few minutes to get to the beach, a lively neighbourhood with nice restaurants and bars... We liked the good infrastructure and walks to Hastings just as well as we loved the place itself. Furthermore, Chris is a wonderful host. Strongly recommended!
