El personal fue muy amable, el hotel está bien comunicado con el centro gracias al autobús que para cerca.

La habitación olía muchísimo a tabaco, era muy desagradable. Las camas son demasiado blandas y no pude pegar ojo porque estaba completamente hundida. La calefacción centralizada estaba muy alta y no encontré dónde apagarla, tuve que desconectar la tarjeta de la electricidad en mitad de la noche para que se apagara porque me moría de calor.

Good location for visiting Cordoba City and the surrounding area. The rooms were cool and comfortable especially as the temp reached over 45 degrees during the week. The staff are very attentive and helpful.

Breakfast buffet was the same every day (We were there 6 days). The pool doesn't open untill 12 in the afternoon, it would have been nice to have a swim before breakfast especially given the high temperatures.

The room is big the pool is small and the stuff is great - old hotel but well kept- good location as well

This is a Hotel like they don't make them like this anymore. Build on a very Large land with lots of space a very large car park with a shade for each car this Hotel has a genuine Spanish feeling to it. The rooms and their bathrooms are very spacious. There is lots of space inside and outside in the gardens for one to sit and have privacy. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The staff are so professional and helpful. We will be back.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean and with a perfect size for 4 People. Also the bed are confortable. Very place near to cordoba. We just can recommand this hotel

It is located in a nice, calm neighbourhood and it was fantastic to have a pool in the heat. The breakfast was also really good, with many options.

We booked a suite for one night. They accepted our little dog for a fee. Our room was clean and tidy and of generous proportions, our lady Reyes does a great job. It has several beds so it was more a family room than a suite. We were treated very nicely and generously. At night we had dinner and as our little dog was too hot (so was I) they were very understanding and served our dinner on the grass area, were smokers supose to go. The food was delicious, we had the tuna and solomillo, highly recommended.  The hotel is set in a green area nicely manicured. With free parking.

The elevators are a bit old and small. The suite was not quiet as it has extra 2 bed instead of a lounge area.

I found our room a little dull and dismal and it was a long walk from the restaurant. This is the only thing that let this lovely hotel down.

Everything was big here: the room, the bed, the bathroom, the parking... The hotel in general

The structure is pretty old and would need a renovation. Despite the big space all around the room&bathroom furnitures were minimalist. For a 4 star hotel I would pretend at least a toilet brush !!!! Isolation too was absent: we could hear the neighbours talking at the phone or while they were in their bathroom. Unfortunately all around was crowded (we believe due to a wedding) and we heard people going around all night long smashing doors...

The breakfast was good. Although peper was missing as well as quark or yoghurt to eat with muesli and the fresh fruit. (There were small containers though)

The walls were paper thin. We could hear everything our neighbours were doing: snoring, coughing, showering, opening closest doors... The bathroom was rather old and it was noticeable. Similar hotels (price class) in other cities had nicer bathrooms with walk-in showers and rain shower heads as well as double vanities. This hotel had neither. Similar hotels (price class) also had tea/coffee stations in the rooms, but this one did not. The service in the hotel for dinner is the worst I've ever experienced. They asked us to wait half an hour because there were party guests occupying the tables for an event at 21.00. So we wait in the lobby till then and when we come back they don't want to seat us, saying the kitchen will close at 22.00 or something like that. After some arguing we get our table and receive slow service. I asked for mayonnaise 3 times and received none even though they said it would be right there. The hotel was further away from the city center than we had realised when booking. The bus connection was alright (always late though).

swimming pool is empty/ not usable til June, air conditioning wasn’t quite strong enough for a very hot day, the whole place needs an update. it’s past it’s prime.

The biggest issue was that room/hotel pictures on internet were not even close to reality. Hotel is quite old, paint is peeling from walls in alleyways due to humidity, pool was not in function, you could feel smell of cooking all over the main floor. Room furniture is very very old. Breakfast nothing special (considering price). Toilette flushing system was old fashioned (some kind of pick-up plug) and was not working so they had to send repairman to replace it. Generally, quite high price considering location and old fashioned hotel. Other than that, hotel staff was polite and helpful.

The rooms are good. The parking too (offering lots of shade).

The restaurant service was disorganised, the food didn't have any sauce to bring it together. Except for 1 girl servicing the tables in the restaurant in a friendly and as good as possible way, the rest of the staff wasn't welcoming and seemed not to know when to do what for who. The swimming pool was out of service due to technical reasons we were told. It was empty.

Difficult to say as we were a bit disappointed in several areas.

The very limited dinner menu as we were led to believe there was excellent choice which wasn't the case.

It was very clean with easy access

I didn't not like the fact that I wasn't informed in time that the pool was not supposed to be in use. It seems that there is a rule in Cordova obligating the hotels to operate the pool only July and August(maybe even June). However that was not mentioned in our booking even after confirmation. Other hotels seemed to mention that they don't have pool during those months because on our search in booking with filter "swimming pool" in facilities there was no other available hotel in those dates in Córdoba. In addition, they need to do something to soundproof better the doors. Woke up 7 in the morning thinking that the door was open because I was listening crystal clear all conversations outside the room. Finally the kit for shampoo and dusch gel wasn't enough for 2 persons.

Classy hotel, nice grounds lovely outside bar / dining
