Great location , walking distance from all major attractions . Clean comfortable room and excellent breakfast . Stall were all friendly and helpful .

The hairdryer is just a toy. If you need it, bring a proper hairdryer with you. Even a small travel one has probably more power than the one provided.

Breakfast was really good, room was clean, quite a nice neighborhood. Too bad for the hotel, the services are very good despite their employees.

The staff at the reception has deceived me by withholding information. I was told by the concierge that parking is free on weekends, which it is, only to be careful not to park where you are not supposed to. I have told him I have parked on the same street, just in front of the hotel and he willingly refused to tell me that is only for residents and the signs are anyways in Hungarian only and I trusted him since he didn't tell me otherwise. DO NOT PARK ON THE SAME STREET!

It is a small simple hotel situated very close to the Bazilica. Staff were nice, especially Rene who was very helpful and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good for us. We mainly eat salads and there was enough.

The room was small and the bathroom was smelly. The street was dark and not so pleasant.

The ladies on the front desk were exceptional in helping me any way they could with all the information I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was also very good.

The staff were excellent and the location is great for accessing the city sights. The breakfast was also very good and set us up for the day. We would stay there again.

Great location, 15 - 20 min max walk from the main tourist attractions. 10 min walk from the 100E Bus terminal (Airport Shuttle). Hotel is in a quiet street and close to awesome restaurants. The room is on the smaller side but we basically just went there to sleep so no issues there. Air conditioner works GREAT and that is very import during summer (it was crazy hot, 37C). Bathroom is big, shower was good! Breakfast was DELICIOUS! Several types os fresh bread, cheeses, salamis, procciuttos, jams and lots of fruits and vegetables.

Good location on the Pest side - easy to find restaurants and bus stops within a few minutes walk. The hotel was quiet w/ large rooms - we appreciated being upgraded. Breakfast was a generous buffet-style w/ a cosy feel. Small bar is open 24/7.

Always had to wait for check-in/ out or for any questions at the Reception desk. It could have been much more efficient but there was only one person who was capable of handling the desk. The female receptionist (weekdays)was great - helpful, good sense of humor and happily gave us a brief history of the area. The two male receptionists (on the weekend) were not very helpful or friendly and even surly. After checking in, our room had a strong foul smell and we asked to be given another room. It took 4 1/2 hours to get us into the 2nd room finally at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Everything. Perfect location, Super-nice staffs, Cleaness, Amenities, Big, comfy bed. I'm still confused why this hotel is 3 stars, not 4. This is literally the best 3 star hotel in Europe. Definetly come again.
