Everything was as advertised Cosetta was the perfect hostess even offered to collect us from the train station. All together it was a very enjoyable stay.

Cosetta was an excellent host. Checkin communciation was excellent and she even arranged comlimentary transportation from the train station when we got to La Spezia. The apartment was very nice with special touches. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning and wifi worked great. About a 15 minute walk to train station through an interesting part of La.Spezia. Lots of shops and places to eat. Very enjoyable and would highly recommend this property.

Cosetta’s apartment is spacious (more so than the photos suggest) and very comfortable. It is a wonderful place to come home to, after a day of exploring the beautiful Cinque Terre or Golf dei Poeti. Cosetta adds nice touches such as a breakfast basket and a lovely selection of teas and pod-coffee. The apartment is a very short walk to the ferries and quite close to the central train station. I highly recommend Cosetta’s apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The accommodations were clean and cozy. Excellent location close to transit. Would recommend to family and friends. We were extremely thankful to be able to hide from the heat wave with the air conditioning! Excellent sleeps!

This is a wonderfully comfortable property to stay in and Cosetta is the most charming and accommodating hostess. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She has thought of everything for the traveller including grateful touches such as baskets of breads and spreads and loads of coffee. If tea is your thing then she’s got that covered as well. The air con was very welcome during the hot days. LaSpezia as a town is a typical Italian town but new travellers should beware of the famed siesta and arriving on a Sunday. The location of this apartment is next door to bus ticket office and a stones throw from the bus stop. A taxi from the train is ten euros. On that point, bring plenty of euros with you as many shops take cash only as do some tour operators. I would highly recommend this property for its location, comfort, amazing bed, and worlds best hostess!

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. La propriétaire est même venue nous chercher à la gare, elle a été aux petits soins avec nous. L'appartement très bien situé en plein centre permet de sortir très facilement. C'était un point important pour nous car nous n'avions pas de voiture.Nous avons pu nous déplacer facilement aussi bien en train, que bus que bateau. L'appartement est tout neuf, très propre. De plus, le petit déjeuner nous a été offert. Une bonne adresse a retenir.

We received really fast responce from Cosetta and she was extremely helpful. The flat is spotless and in a perfect location to explore the area. It is about a 5 minute walk to the marina where you catch the boat to Cinque Terre (there is information about it in the flat). We were met by Gian Luca who was also really helpful and prompt and he helped us to get a parking space right by the flat which was great. All in all, a great experience.

Beautiful clean apartment. Nice local restaurants, we were about 20 minutes from the train but real close to the harbor. They have an elevator but it only goes to the third floor. I was happy we had ac, it was hot in La Spezia. WiFi worked great too. Just to note, there are extra taxes you have to pay upon arrival and provide copy of passport for security reasons. I would have liked to have known that ahead of time so avoid any surprises. Other than that the stay was great. Would recommend.

My husband and I had the most wonderful time staying in this lovely apartment. The whole apartment had been redone and was very contemporary and beautiful. The owner thought of everything, coffees, teas, pastry, milk, cereals, soaps and shampoos. She even went so far as to tell us she would go shopping and get anything we needed. She brought us a converter so we could charge our cell phones. She lives in the same building so it was easy to bring something over it we needed it. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was lucky enough to come back to Italy and be in that area. Sincerely, Kane

The apartment in La Spezia is very modern and lovely. The location is perfect, close to shopping restaurants, parks, and the train and buses. It's only a 10 minute walk to the train to Cinque Terre. We were very glad that we stayed in Cosette's apartment rather than Cinque Terre because we had many options we would not have if we stayed in one of the five towns. Cosette is an ideal host. She could not have been more accommodating or helpful. She arranged reservations at a friend's restaurant in Porto Venere where we had a fantastic meal. We would gladly stay at Cosetta's apartment again! Thank you Cosette!

Wunderschöne moderne und vor allem saubere Wohnung im Zentrum von La Spezia. lnklusive reichhaltiges Frühstück. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vor der Wohnung. Besonders beeindruckend das Bad mit einer großen Designerbadewanne und Dusche. Handtücher, Shampoo, Föhn, Lockenstab, TV alles vorhanden.

The location is right next to all bus routes and only a ten minute walk from the train station. The apartment itself is brand new and very clean and modern with an amazing bath and super king sized bed as well as a separate sofa and dining area. Cosetta is really friendly and arranged for her son to pick us up from the train due to the rain on the day we landed and she text me throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. Would 100% recommend and would definitely go back! x
