We konden bij aankomst gelijk nog een bordje voor de lunch krijgen en 's ochtends om 5 uur al ontbijt. Alles smaakte prima! Onze lodge was schoon, ruim en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. De WiFi was heel goed, we konden videobellen met familie in onze eigen lodge zonder haperingen. Het zwembad is fijn om in te duiken na weer een dag wandelen, het ligt alleen eind van de middag in de schaduw.

Deze lodge ligt wat verder in Sangalle, dus je moet nog een stukje verder lopen. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad!

Une chambre sur les deux réservées était humide

We were super pleasantly surprised by this place! (I think they’ve taken on board a lot of feedback from previous comments). Our little hut (room and adjoining bathroom) were super comfortable and clean. The dinner was a good feed (and they asked straight away if anyone was vegetarian - which I am - and the gave me the best omelette I’ve had in ages). And the breakfast was really tasty. (Also extra tip - when you get back up to Cabanaconde exhausted after your hike, we had amazing (be it super simple) fresh fried egg rolls from the “fast food restaurant” a couple of doors down, on the right, in the main square.)

It is not we’ll sign-posted but it is on Map Me. And we just asked lots of people and found it relatively easily.

Beautiful place to stay!! Absolutely wonderful. Cabins were really nice with private bathroom and hot showers!

Beautiful mature palm trees and garden around a stunning pool. Quiet location, away from other hotels.

Basic rooms but clean.

+ pool, even though compared to Eden Lodge it has shadow from 15:30 on + drink offer

- it overall looked like it had better times - food was not really great - breakfast too simple - room smelled a bit moldy

Amazing place with great service! We had really delicious dinner the night we came and also they've prepared great breakfast (at 5am) the day were were climbing back to Cabaconde. Rooms were clean, electricity available. Nothing to complain about.

overall the place is nice to stay. They have a beautiful garden and swimming pool.

6 /6 travellers got sick from the food they served. We’ve also spoken to different travelers who got sick from food in the same place. This really messes up your stay and makes the hike back up to cabanacombe terrible!
