Out of the way, private location close to Gulf beach. Access to pool and tennis court was nice although we were too busy to try them out! Cute decor and comfortable beds. What a great way to stay in Florida!

We spend a week at this cozy condo right on the beach and it was nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend this condo . Not only is it beautiful but it comes with everything you need for your family at the beach. We will be back next year!

I visited Pensacola Beach and Destin while staying here. So glad I chose this spot. Not nearly as congested and just steps to the beach and pool. The condo is even nicer than represented in the photos.

Everything you need for an affordable stay near the gulf and being at the beach as much as possible. Perfect space for my family of 5. Property was explained well and has great reviews. Owner gave prompt and concise communication and answered any questions quickly(about the area as well). We will definitely stay again.

What a wonderful week we had staying in this perfect condo in this beautiful beach town. Our hosts were helpful and welcoming and immediately won over the kids with a welcome treat of popsicles in the freezer, and we two single moms enjoyed their thoughtful treat of wine after the long drive. This condo hit all the wants on our vacation checklist: clean and cheerful, stocked with all the essentials including beach items so we didn’t have to pack them, no highrise stairs or elevators but instead an easy haul into our second-floor place from our reserved spaces out front by the entrance, right on the beach, and the prettiest quietest beach with white sand and turquoise waters. The fishing pier, restaurants, and coffee were an easy walk down the beach and bike rentals two buildings away. We also enjoyed ventures to nearby Pensacola Beach, the national seashore beaches, and the zoo, but mostly we stuck to our perfect beach home away from home because it was hard to leave. We hope to be back again and again!

So much to say about this place. The condo itself is big and roomy and decorated so cute and beachy. It is literally steps from the beach. Being able to walk back and forth to the beach was so convenient, especially with a 3 year old. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need, and lots of stuff that the owners just go above and beyond to provide. The owners are wonderful. Their communication from the time I booked until after we checked out was excellent. They are super nice and helpful and much better than any other condo owners I’ve ever dealt with. No complaints at all. We will definitely be back here again!

We love this place! Can’t wait to come back again. And next time we’ll remember all the things we don’t need to bring with us because they provide so much. Such great hosts. Thanks for another great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and inviting. We’ve stayed in other condos in the complex and this one is by far the best in our opinion. We will definitely be back!

Condo was ready early (a big plus as we arrived into town early). Owner contacted us to let us know we could arrive early without us even having to check which we thought was awesome. Easy to check in. Nice gift and note left for us. Steps away from the beach. Everything we needed for the night. Weather was perfect. Our kids enjoyed the sand toys that were available and the adults were happy to use the umbrella and chairs.

Owners were great and the property was a perfect location. Key is to come down in September after the rush. Weather is great and not many crowds.

The condo was very clean, we loved the beachy decor & the host made it very hospitable. We plan on booking this property again in the future!

Had an overall great stay. The pros: The property owner was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we got in okay. We had 4 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 7, and we felt that we had enough space. Super super easy check-in and check-out procedure. Pool was nice, and despite people swimming late, it wasn't noisy in the condo. Located right across the street from a little souvenir shop and sno-cone truck. Easy driving access to all of Navarre beach. Some very minor cons: A couple of the appliances could use updating (the stovetop on the oven didn't get hot enough to bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil, and we had to run the clothes dryer multiple times if we put in more than a couple towels at a time). The beach access here had a big line of rentable chairs and umbrellas, which is actually great if you wanted to rent. But if you brought your own stuff like us, it means you'll need to walk a little further down to set up. Overall, definitely recommended :) !

Our family had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, great pool, and the parking/immediate access to the condo can’t be beat. We were tired of waiting forever on resort high-rise elevators/parking garages with your run of the mill resorts. The two parking spots immediately out front of the condo can’t be beat! Communication with Connie couldn't have been easier!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. It was perfect for our family. Right on the beach. Right next to the pool. The owner was amazing and made sure we had all of her info. I knew if anything went wrong she would be easy to contact . Perfect stay, we will be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was a great beach condo. The beds were comfy and everything seemed to work as it should. Connie was super responsive and great to work with.

Waking up to the ocean view everyday was fantastic, short walk to the beach. Found a TON of pretty cool shells, very friendly people. Not crowded. Pool was clean.. we will be staying again!

We will definitely be back! Condo isn’t lacking anything. Beach is a few steps away. Within walking distance to the pier. Owner thought of everything. We were even welcomed with bakery fresh blueberry muffins and a couple of chocolate bunnies (we arrived Easter Sunday). Hope this place is available for us our next visit!!

The owners Connie and John were great . They welcomed us with a nice note ,coffee and cookies after our 6 hour drive. The condo was very clean and the decor was perfect seeing that the condo was just a steps from the beach. It was a very nice stay except for the cold weather. We plan on staying there again soon.

As soon as we walked thru the door we were immediately thrown into beach mode. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. We also were surprised in all the comforts of home from the coffee makers down to the use of beach chairs and umbrellas. The beach entrance was just a few feet away from our front door ❤️. With our accommodations, great location, easy access to multiple restaurants bars/grills and for our tentative and exceptional hostess we have already booked our next stay.

We’ve gone to the beach at least once a year for almost 20 years now, and this was by far our favorite place to stay. Connie was an awesome host! Very quick to respond to questions and so great to work with. Check In/Check Out was a breeze. The place was immaculate and we had everything we needed and more. The beds were great. The assortment of beach equipment/toys was awesome. The location was what we loved the most, as it was such a quick walk back and forth to our spot in the sand. Once we know our schedule, we’re planning on coming back here next year.

We were in love as soon as we walked in the door. It just got better as we walked through and looked around. It was decorated adorably. Loved the beach vibe. It was super clean and had a fresh smell. The first bathroom shower was perfect for my mom with the low wall shower with the seat in it. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could have brought them home. I think the best sleep I've ever had. This place was so cozy and inviting. It did not disappoint The inside was so quite. We heard no outside noise what so ever. We were 100% satisfied with everything. No complaints at all. Connie was super sweet. She left us mini muffins and a personal card to welcome us. The place was stocked with everything anyone would need. The only thing we needed to bring was some groceries and personal items. And we were good to go. Five stars all the way. We definitely want to come back for another stay. I honestly can't say enough great things about the condo. The list would just be to long. Thank you Connie and John for your hospitality and for making it possible for my mom my daughter my granddaughter and myself to have made wonderful memories together. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this great place. It was about as close to the beach as you could get for the interior units, it was right on the corner! The house was great, very tidy would have expected more sand! Plenty of beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and sand toys. We brought a wagon to haul stuff back and forth. Well stocked kitchen. The balcony was great for reading and enjoying the weather. Had water hoses outside that we could spray the kids off after the beach, which was convenient. The pool was great, even had a 9 foot deep end and was easy for the kids to get in and out of and in September wasn't too crowded at the pool.
