Not clean Very different to communicate with as i should be calling the reception and the reception will notify someone else who is responsible for the room And i should call their mobile every tome i need something not through the room phone Very difficult to ask for anything as the reception is not responsible for this particular room which i didn’t know about until i have arrived . Every this i ask for i should pay for even if i need extra blanket.

The location is great. Right at the Dubai Mall and Burg Khalifa. Pool area very nice.

The rooms could do with a refurbishment - old and tired. Accessing the shower over the bath was dangerous. Cleaning could be improved, especially the bathroom.

اولاً نزلت عندهم شقه غرفه وجلسه لاكن للاسف لايوجد لديهم جاهز لان اغلب الغرف TV لايعمل عملو لدي داون غريد وهذا لا يجوز لانني دفع مقابل شي اكبر وأفضل يفترض يعملون اب غريد لا يردون على الاتصال ثانيا لايوجد لديهم من يحمل الحقائب لا انصح احد ينزل عندهم

اعجبني في الاقامه قربها من دبي مول وكذلك النظافه وجميع الخدمات متوفرة

لم يعجبني استقبال الاخ المصري اللي في الاستقبال

Location is superb.

Long check in time. If you loose room keys you have to pay 300 AED as fine. Security deposit on credit card. No porters at after midnight if you had to travel to airport etc at odd times. Broken safe in room. Broken fire alarm in ceiling. Kitchen cabinets don’t close as are hanging. No toilet role in toilet provided. Dirty carpets of room with stains. No milk provided for tea/coffee. No warm water in shower. Basically was a nice apartment when made but no maintenance carried on.

very dirty!! the bath tub should be changed very disgusting!! for valet parking you should pay 10 dhs !!! otherwise you have to park by yourself!!! I booked a room with pool and partial view of burj khalifa! my view was totally different

The staff were very rood .. when i ask for towels they charge 60 Dhs per extra towel .. they charge for the extra blanket .. the also charged us for extra complimentary water

The furniture was old need to change I stay for 3 days the don’t come to clean only one time after more that three call after that I call they answer to do but no one came to clean the smell was very bad in room like smoking

Was a hassle checking in and was a all a bit chaotic with a lot of people trying to check in at the lobby of another hotel

Super location to directly have access to the mall, nice swimming pool.

Pool closes early, no coffee machine on the room.

The location

On the booking site it states that this was a 5-star hotel. However it more looked like a service aparment. There was no proper reception and there was just a person sitting on a sofa taking pictures of our passport to her mobile. No one asked for assistance with our luggages. The room was very dirty and smelly and we had a horrible experience, especially taking into consideration that this was supposed to be a 5-star hotel. One of the worst places I have visited during the last years. I wish I could upload more pictures.

Checkin service is not same level or standards of what someone is expecting from The Address Properties or any Hotel/Apartment property in such a place around Dubai Mall. Female staff in reception made me sit next to other customers while finishing service for both of me and other client at same time, no privacy and asking me private questions in front of the other client who is a stranger to me. The staff’s english language was very weak and totally not same standards of a supposed to be a high quality property surrounding Dubai Mall. Checkin procedure took LONG TIME. not enough staff in reception or baggage porters. There was only 1 baggage porter who was not around for long time when I came for checkin and i couldn’t find anyone to help me carry my luggage from car to reception during checkin. I told reception staff to transfer my luggage from outside hotel to be next to me or atleast infront of my eyes because i had expensive items in it, but it took them long time to do so till the baggage porter showed up. maybe he was busy with other clients, but that means you have shortage of staff and must hire more so you can accommodate all clients on time. The silicon around the bathroom sink was all black from fungus. The fridge smelled bad. The kitchen cabinets from inside shows its old and need renovation.
