God lejlighed med god altan. Fin udsigt og rolige omgivelser. God atmosfære i området. Fine indkøbsmuligheder og gode restauranter. Gode muligheder for en aktiv ferie.

Location and facilities were great. Plenty of things to do with children. We had a car to explore the island but eventually did not use it that much. Even when the hotel resort is almost full it does not feel that crowded in the swimming pool - only sometimes the restaurant times are a bit stressing.

Initially we were given a room in las pitas which was at the back end of the resort. This is not very practical when you have children. But they eventually managed to change the room to something closer. Without children those rooms would be perfectly fine but with the baby buggy you have to do a big detour to use the ramps. No car parking available but there is generally space in the back of the resort (which can be close to the apartments so it is not such a negative point).

The location was perfect, supermarkets and a few restaurants 5 minute walk from the apartment. Excellent if you’re looking for a quiet restful week in the sun.

Fridge didn’t have a shelf or metal bars over the inside of the door to hold milk, juice or wine. I tried to contact the property but never rcvd a message back. The microwave/combi oven is in need of a much needed upgrade as this didn’t work properly (is very old and dated). The parasol on the terrace wouldn’t stay up. We had a mouse one night on the terrace although this was addressed by reception.

There need to be a clear instruction how to check in and collect key.

Majoitus oli siisti, ihqnat näkymät terassilta. Ja lähellä oli paljon palveluita mitä hyödyntää ruokailun yms suhteen. Bussilla oli helppo liikkua paikasta toiseen.

El fiasco del vehículo. Me quedé sin el pk Booking no me dio solución alguna y encima quiere cobrarme un cargo por cancelación anticipada. No me dieron opción de modificar la hora de recogida y me quedé colgado el primer día en el aeropuerto. Nadie se hizo responsable. El tfno q Booking ponía en la reserva no estaba operativo. Reclamaré.

no estaba acomodado para 3 personas, puesto que ponia que había un sofa cama, y solo hay un sofa normal incomodo, solo hay puerta en el baño, las toallas de baño olían muy mal, aunque lo notificamos y nos dieron tres pequeñas limpias, los colchones del cuarto eran muy finos aunque permiten descansar

Cu toate ca spațiul permitea nu ne-am putut caza 3 adulti si un copil . Am efectuat rezervarea pe booking iar hotelul a refuzat sa ma cazeze si m-a pus sa anulez rezervarea chiar daca era nerambursabila asigurându-ma ca din partea lor nu este nicio problema sa anuleze fara penalizări .ulterior am primit mesaj de la booking ca proprietatea nu dorește sa renunțe la penalizări ,

Virkelig rummelige, veludstyrede og rene lejligheder. Enten er der stor altan med god udsigt eller stor terasse. Rummet er stort og opdelt i to, den ene halvdel er soveplads og den anden halvdel er køkken og spisestue. Personalet er meget venlige og servicemindede.

- Well-located area - you can easily rely on public transport to get around (30mins' bus journey to the airport, 5 minutes to Playa de San Agustin, 10 minutes to Playa del Ingles etc). We often walked to San Agustin beach via the scenic coastal path, which took around 50 minutes - Small pebbly beach with a beach bar - Staff very friendly and helpful - Food at breakfast varied and good quality - Evening entertainment - Complimentary 1,5L water bottle, tea and coffee provided each day - Apartment well-equipped, comfy enough beds - Facilities on site (small gym, pools, spa) - Lovely 'village square' lined with shops and plenty of restaurants - The resort was fairly quiet, though this may because we travelled out of season - Our apartment was at the top of a hill so we enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening from our front 'garden' with a glass of wine!

- The complex is very big and consists of several collections of apartments, so we were very confused as to where to check in and wasted a lot of time trying to find reception (we took the public bus from the airport which dropped us off across the road). The gardeners were very helpful and explained to us (in Spanish) what to do. It would have been helpful to know beforehand that the keys were to be collected from the Hotel Orquidea reception desk. - Quite hilly so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues - The 15 EUR/hr tennis court hire was a little steep in our opinion so we decided to play elsewhere

Gran variedad en el restaurante tanto en desayuno como cenas. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Lo básico para poder cocinar, terracita con muebles un sofá cómodo.

Tiene acceso a una pequeña playa, pero no es de las mejores, tiene algunas piedras. Las camas son algo incómodas.

El complejo en general

Poco idioma español en los monitores, entiendo que somos la minoría, pero para los niños estaría bien, ellos con el traductor no se integran de igual modo, conste que todos muy amables y los que conocíamos de la otra vez muy muy atentos.

Babyclub

Our room had a calm balkony with beautiful view ideal for pleasure breakfast and dinner. Ideal for long evenings with wine. Our room equipment was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable and there was silence during night. We didnt be exact in the main hotel -- orqidea, but you can use their pools, pool towels and all pool area included bars and restaurants. There was another restaurant (not exact in hotel area) on the left side of sea called Chiringuito Bahia where was very nice staff and the best dessert called Polvito Uruguayo in Gran Canaria =) (only 2 minutes by walk from hotel)

Spa and other all inclusive things wasnt in price :-)))

At arrival the lights of the accomodation didn't work. One call to the reception and the maintenance man arrived shortly after. Though not all parts were available, the light was restored.

Perhaps a bit more entertainment, targeted especially at teenagers. Four, instead of only three chairs, on the terrace of the accomodation.

This is a standard holiday resort with all the facilities that you might need. Excellent restaurants, several outdoor pools easily warm enough to swim comfortably in. We had a chalet with all mod cons, very cosy with outdoor table and chairs and view of the mountains. And it was very reasonably priced.

The only drawback was that we were at the top of the park and it was a significant trek up several sets of steps to get to and from our chalet.

Overall a fantastic experience. Excellent outdoor facilities, staff, entertainment for kids and adults and good food.

Beds are too soft. The stoney beach has no safe access to the sea. If this hotel had a nice sandy beach with sea access it would be almost perfect.

The apartment was great and the cleaning lady was so lovely. The receptionist was so charming and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

I wish I could have casted my music onto the tv in my apartment.
