البوفيه
الاجنحه اغلب الاغراض فيها اما متعطله او خربانه
مستوى نظافتها جيده
النت ضعيف فيها
الابواب الخارجيه للاجنحه غير متزنه
لايستحق هالمبلغ فيه كجناح

الموقع والنظافة والهدوء وسعة الغرفة ممتازه
مواقف السيارات ضيق ومحدود
السخان في الحمام لايعمل بشكل جيد

تعامل الموظف اللي بالاستقبال تعامله سيئ جدا تم دخول الساعه 1:30 ص
وطلبت بطانية لاطفالي رفض وبشده رغم ان الوقت اصبح بعد منتصف الليل ولايوجد طلب وانا دفعت المبلغ كامل
طلبت سرير رضع رفض
اخلاقه جدا سيئة ولو لم يكن حجزي بوكينق كان كنسلت
ايضا ازعاج الغرفه لم استطع النوم صباحا من اصوات الميوزك في الغرفة المجاوره ورائحة السجائر واصله لغرفتنا
تجربه لن تتكرر
وايضا بالرغم من تلك المضايقات الاستقبال بعد الساعه 12 ظهرا طلب ان لم اخرج في الوقت المحدد سيدفعني مبلغ عدم مراعاه وتعامل اكرر سيئ جدا

المواقف الخارجية قليلة والبدروم سيء جداً لضيق المساحة

وجود حشرات بكثره في الغرفة وطلبنا منهم رشها ولم يتم ذلك

The hotel is located next to restaurants, grocery stores. The breakfast was also surprisingly excellent with a good range of spreads and tasty as well. I complimented the chef and definitely the hotel is hitting above it's 3 stars. Will definitely visit again once in jeddah
Complimentary coffee was out of stock at the reception and not provided when requested (not a major issue)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room is spacious and the location of the hotel is excellent. It is accessible and close to most shopping centers and restaurants.
Basement parking has pillars between each parking spots. If you have a large car then I don't recommend relying on their basement parking. I was driving a medium sedan car and I struggled ever night to find a spot and at day when I wanted to leave it was so hard turn the car back to leave the parking as the entrance and exit way was the same. My rating went down for this reason

The hotel is superb. Talking with the staff was most pleasant and easy. Breakfast was delicious. Value for money was the best of all our trip around Saudi Arabia.
A clearly visible signboard would be great. On our first arrival taxi driver passed the building couple of times, as it wasn't clear that the hotel is actually there.
