Ein wunderbarer Bungalow in Famara! Natürlich ist das eine oder andere nicht perfekt, aber alles so, dass man den Tag ganz wunderbar genießen kann. Der kleine Pool ist durch die Abdeckung immer gut warm, das kenne ich von den Kanaren sonst anders, die Haushaltsgeräte sind alle in Ordnung… vielleicht schon gut genutzt, aber alles funktionstüchtig und nichts, was irgendwie stört. Und hinter dem Haus ist es immer sehr windgeschützt, was in Famara Gold wert ist. Super!!! Und die Ausstattung ist üppig, also wir waren total begeistert… und die Aussicht… unschlagbar! Auch die Kommunikation war einfach und herzlich. Ich habe einen Ring liegen lassenund wurde umgehend angerufen, konnte umdrehen und ihn holen! Danke für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

We had such a lovely stay, the property was perfect for us to relax, but at the same time offered our children (4 and 7) plenty to do. Once we’d done a larger shop for the week at a large hypermarket back near the airport there was no real need for us to go far which was perfect…some lovely local restaurants (including one 5 mins walk), and the beach (although be careful of the waves even when paddling with children!) are so close. The property offers so much outdoor space you could be a party 3 times the size of ours and it wouldn’t feel crowded, and the views of the sea one way / mountains the other is amazing! The pool isn’t massive but absolutely perfect for our children, and the fence around it offered us the peace of mind they wouldn’t venture there without us. The kitchen is perfect for cooking through the week when required. The property was super clean. The host Maria was also on hand via WhatsApp to offer any help we needed during our stay which was appreciated. Maybe the only small things I would offer as areas to improve would be it would be nice to include a bit of info (one sheet of paper) for guests such as tips on the local area, and a few things about the property i.e. there’s a great first aid box which we didn’t find until the end of of stay and had to go out and buy some plasters for the children during our stay. Also maybe leave a couple of dishwasher tablets for guests. I’m being very picky here as genuinely these things were no issue and we had a truly amazing stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lanzarote away from the busier areas and resorts. Truly peaceful and relaxing stay!

Das Haus liegt in der Urbanization etwas weiter oben – ein Vorteil, weil der Blick weit über das Meer bis ins Dorf La Caleta schweifen kann, und, anders als bei den Bungalows weiter unten, kein Sand auf die Terrasse weht. Der Außenbereich ist ein Traum mit Lounge-Ecke, Esstisch und Bali-Bett. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, die Grill-Ecke auch nicht. Das ganze Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, wir hätten hier locker aufwendige mehrgängige Menüs zaubern können, wenn wir nicht lieber essen gegangen wären. Der Masterbedroom hat ein gemütliches Bett mit durchgehender Matratze auf zwei Lattenrosten, große Kleiderschränke (brauchten wir kaum) und ein direkt anschließendes Bad mit riesiger Badewanne, Dusche, Doppelwaschtisch, Toilette und Bidet. Ein Babybett war vorhanden. Es gab noch ein weiteres Badezimmer, mit Dusche, WC und Bidet, außerdem zwei Schlafzimmer mit zusammenschiebbaren Einzelbetten, die wir nicht genutzt haben. Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt, auch der Kontakt mit der sehr netten Vermieterin gestaltete sich äußerst unkompliziert (ich habe ihr auf Spanisch geschrieben, sie ebenso geantwortet, ich denke, dass sie auch englisch spricht.). Etwas schade ist, dass man erst um 17 Uhr einchecken kann, das wusste ich aber vorher. Nächstes Mal nehme ich nicht den frühesten Flug sondern einfach wieder die Maschine am Mittag. Ich komme immer gerne wieder! Danke, Maria ! :-)

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Perfekt für Familien, da sehr viel Spielzeug und Kinderzubehör bereits vorhanden ist. Maria, die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zum Surfen sicherlich die beste Lage! Strand zu Fuß perfekt erreichbar! Geräumiges Haus jedoch einige Dinge renovierungsbedürftig. Ideal für 4 Erwachsene, für 6 Erwachsene eventuell zu klein! Pool war nicht wie erwartet beheizt, aber im Hintergarten gibt es eine tolle warme Außendusche ! Der Griller im Außenbereich ist leider schon sehr alt und dreckig. Strandtücher werden zu Verfügung gestellt sind aber sehr klein. Bei einer Buchung von 14 Tagen gibt es leider keine Zwischenreinigung, kein Handtuch bzw. Bettwäschewechsel. Zum Abschluss noch etwas Positives: der Meerblick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch:-)

La maison de Maria est extraordinaire, vue incroyable, proximité de la plage à pied… nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort de la maison avec sa très grande terrasse. Merci aussi pour tous les conseils. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Wir waren mit Kleinkind (15 Monate) in dieser tollen und gemütlichen Unterkunft . Sie ist super gelegen, ca 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zum wundervollen Famara Beach und ca 20 Minuten zum kleinen Ort. Auch ist sie gut gelegen für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen auf der Insel. Die Unterkunft ist bestens ausgestattet , vor allem auch wenn man mit Kleinkind reist . Unser Kind hat sich sofort total wohl gefühlt und wir auch. Die Terrasse ist windgeschützt und riesig . Es fehlte an nichts und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Tout à été simple et rapide. La maison n'est pas au bord de l'eau, mais les maisons près de la plage sont envahies par la dune.... Au pied de la falaise, vue sur la plage et les volcans. L'île est petite, accès à tous les sites de Famara aisé. Juste parfait. Merci

Sehr großzügige, familienfreundliche Villa, perfekt gelegen. Eine Straße weiter Surfverleih- und schule und selbst mit dem Brett kurzer Weg bis zum Strand, wo immer gute Surfbedingungen herrschen. Füf Familien, die alle surfen wollen perfekt.

We loved staying at Maria’s house. The property is really large and very comfortable for a family of five. The house is well equipped, although a little bit in need of refreshing. But the bathrooms are very good (and big), and benefit from nice, strong showers. The grounds are very beautiful, the view from the terrace is unbelievable, that alone made our holiday. The urbanization is quiet, the beach is close and gorgeous, but not good for swimming (but great for jumping in the waves). You need a car to stay there, there are no shops nearby. Maria is a very, very helpful and friendly host, and responds to any questions/queries very fast. Overall, we definitely recommend this place, and hope to be back there some day!

Great Location and huge house with great equipment. In the next year's probably some work will be due but We really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for families as you have a private pool and backdoor playground.

La maison à Famara louée via Homeaway sous le n° 6924017 était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : propriétaire réactive, disponible et aimable, caution récupérée immédiatement après le séjour, maison indépendante, spacieuse située dans un endroit très nature de Lanzarote, excellente vue sur la mer à +- 500 mètres, très silencieuse (le nom est villa calma) pendant notre séjour en février 2020. La maison est meublée avec goût (Ikea) et très bien équipée (vaisselle très complète, cuisine équipée, micro-onde, frigo, congélateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge). Une voiture (il y a un emplacement - avec portail télécommandé - dans le périmètre du jardin) me semble indispensable si l'on veut un minimum de mobilité ne fut-ce que pour faire les courses de façon commode. Personnellement je n'ai pas vu de location de maison similaire sur cette île que nous avons parcouru de long en large. Conclusion: très bon séjour.

Cette Villa est juste magnifique , tres bien placé à 5 mn de la plage . Immense salle à manger avec cuisine Américaine . Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants et c'était trés bien . Un seul bémol , la propriétaire est tres maniaque et apres m'avoir demander en avance la photocopie de nos passeports , elle m'a fait une crise parce que je n'avais pas remplie ces fiches de police .

Plenty of indoor and outdoor space, large master room and large bathrooms. 5 minute walk from beach, 25 minutes walk to Famara town along the beach. Beautiful sea views to the front and Famara cliffs to the back. Very private setting with nice pool and outdoor shower and lots of outdoor seating for relaxing and eating. I would come back.

Das war mit Abstand unser schönster Famara Urlaub. Das Haus, der Garten, die Einrichtung, der Pool, einfach herrlich. For the kids the back garden is a god-send with all the toys and space to run around as well as the front 'veranda' which is huge and perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Its very safe too if you have small kids as there's gates everywhere so the little ones can't tumble down any stairs or into the pool. The pool is small but perfect for keeping cool should you be going in warmer weather. The cleaners forgot to put beach towels out for us for when we arrived so within an hour of letting Maria know she had sent someone over to sort it out. Communication with Maria was great throughout and had no issues whatsoever. The house is superb, enjoy!

La villa est très jolie, grande et très bien pensée avec tous les équipements enfants nécessaires. Elle est très bien située à Famara, à 5 minutes à pied de la belle plage de sable et du spot de surf. Maria est très disponible et réactive en cas de besoin. Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas le minimum pour la cuisine (sel, poivre, qqles épices, huile par exemple), peut être pcq c'est le début de la saison ?! La bâche de la piscine et certains fauteuils méritaient d'être remplacés.
