Your booking location is inaccurate on your site.
Don’t use the PO Box as your location.
PO Box is in central area in town, actual location is further away than advertised. Please fix your listing!

Fantastic accommodation - units are much bigger than on Booking.com pictures. Very spacious, have all the commodities - washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, nets on balcony for mosquitos etc. Beach, pool, tennis courts and grounds are kept immaculate. Always a lot of loungers on the beach, we never had a problem finding one. Even though facility does not have a restaurant, food/drink can be easily ordered from the neighboring restaurant and their staff walk the beach asking for orders and bring them to you. Rooms are cleaned daily - we even had to ask to come every second day as it was very thorough and we kept the unit tidy in between. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had European credit cards, which always require PIN for transactions on the island so staff had to chase us for some reservations due to that - perhaps more "contact" with them than we wanted, but it was out of our control.
It was not a problem for us as we had a car, but majority of restaurants/shops/heart of Grace Bay village is a short drive from the Tuscany (5 min!) - hotel provides bikes, but in the heat we did not see many cycling. Other hotels maybe much more "walkable" to the town center if you wanted to be able to just walk for dinner/to the supermarket. Again, this is only a tiny "negative" if you are not planning to rent a car.

Beautiful accommodations on one of the nicest beaches in the world. Honestly you cannot ask for better service, cleanliness and quality offered at the Tuscany, because everyone and everything was perfect.

We didn’t get the best unit, house keeping showed me others that were much nicer. I asked for Corner unit and got one the the middle, So only window in front and bedroom windows opened up to the elevator. Not great. The kitchen supplies were coming out f the cupboards. No place to put food. Unit was 302.

The Tuscany is a premiere villa on Grace Bay. All rooms are ocean front and well appointed. The villa is 1.5 miles from the Grace Bay downtown area so we opt to have a car rental. All in all a great vacation spot.

Suite was spacious and elegant. All the amenities you'd need. Wonderful, expansive views of the beach and ocean. Staff went out of the way to ensure we were wanting nothing. Can't say enough about staying at the Tuscany.

The location is perfect, literally steps away from the beach. There is no breakfast or dinner on this property but walking distance are Rickies, you could walk on the beach up to Rickies which serves lunch and dinner. And a little walk across from the hotel over the main road at the golf course there is a restaurant there, serving breakfast and lunch. So you really not missing much from the hotel not serving breakfast and dinner. Most are walking distance.
The property is exceptionally beautiful. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need to make your vacation relaxing and fun. The staffs are so AMAZING. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. Very attentive to your needs.
I had one of the most amazing vacation ever! I celebrated my 40th birthday there and they couldn't have made it more memorable. I had the best time at The Tuscany. I'm definitely going back there.

Very well taken care of property. Staff did an excellent job cleaning up post hurricane, checking us in and helping us get to the room and situated. Room was beautiful and well stocked with the kitchen basics.
We walked the beach everyday, both directions. There was no other hotel with as nicely groomed beach front as the Tuscany, including the Ritz. No seaweed, and many hotels did not clean up the beach front. Just beautiful.

Everything about the Tuscany from the facility, location, beach, view, was spectacular. What made it even more spectacular was the entire management staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful in every way.

The 3 bedroom condo was beautiful - spacious, spotless, and perfectly located for a relaxing stay.
