Une semaine Special malgré le COVID, avec des enfants de 4 et 6 ans c’était super on a vraiment apprécier l’espace extérieur et l’équipement. La villa est entièrement équipée et totalement préparée de tout le nécessaire de base. Pas besoin de courir au supermarché pour acheter, du savon, papier wc, sac poubelle, etc... il y a un grand grill à gaz, Nespresso, micro onde... encore merci à Rober pour son accueil. On reviendra.

Hemos tenido la suerte de pasar una semana en família, en una hermosa casa con todas las comodidades y con la sensación de estar en plena naturaleza. Tranquilidad garantizada. La piscina muy agradable y el dueño un encanto.

Wir wurden von Rober sehr freundlich empfangen und es waren sogar bereits Eiscreme für die Kinder, gekühlte Getränke und Eiswürfel im Kühlschrank. Ebenfalls konnte man mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Nespresso-Kapseln direkt einen Espresso trinken. Wir waren insgesamt zu viert (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) in diesem tollen Haus und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Pool ist aufgrund seiner Größe, Lage und Ausstattung ein absoluter Traum. Er wird sogar 2 mal pro Woche gewartet und gesäubert. Alles in allem eine wirklich sehr schöne Villa genau so wie auf den Fotos. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Wij hebben 3 weken in dit fotogenieke huis verbleven met gezin van 4 personen en een hondje. Het is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het huis is zeer ruim -net als de tuin en het zwembad (12x4,5 mtr). Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is prachtig (groot perceel, ruim opgezet, veel groen en uitzicht op de sierra Bernia). De buurt is heel rustig. Maar slechts 1,5 km van het dorpje Altea La Vella voor restaurants, atm, winkels. Auto gewenst, steile omgeving. Een paar wensen/verbeterpunten hebben we nog wel: Koelkast hadden we wat groter gewenst (zeker kleiner dan de gemiddelde koelkast thuis). Voor 4 volwassenen moet je al efficient omgaan met de ruimte/vaker inkopen doen/geen koude drankjes. Het zou helemaal mooi zijn als de derde badkamer ook wordt opgeknapt (gedateerd, smoezelig, terwijl de andere 2 badkamers echt heel mooi zijn). Er is een dak terras, die was helaas niet beschikbaar, daar moet je een prachtig uitzicht hebben/ruimte voor een leuk zitje. Zou plus punt zijn! Een carport om de auto in de schaduw te kunnen parkeren zou gewaardeerd worden (of toegang tot aanwezige garage). Een buiten douche bij zo'n mooi, groot zwembad is eigenlijk wel bijna vanzelfsprekend, maar die is er niet. Een hangmat tussen de volwassen bomen zou ook welkom zijn om van de tuin te genieten! Rober, de manager, is zeer integer en vriendelijk en helpt je op alle vlakken waar nodig. Al met al een prachtig huis in een rustige buurt. Wij gaan dan ook boeken voor volgend jaar!

Casa espaciosa, con todo lo necesario para pasa unos estupendos días de descanso, zona muy tranquila, y con privacidad, que decir de la piscina.. Simplemente perfecta. A dos min. En coche de supermercado, banco, farmacia y restaurantes., muy cómodo. Manu el jardinero pasa desapercibido y es encantador. La comunicación con Rober de 10 un gran profesional. Sin duda un sitio estupendo para descansar y desconectar de la ciudad.

Wij hebben 11 dagen in dit huis verbleven met 4 tot 6 personen en het is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het huis is zeer ruim en de tuin is enorm. Het zwembad is groot. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Nadeel kan wel de kleine steekmuggen zijn. Daar kun je je wel goed tegen insmeren. Doe je dat niet dan wordt je flink gestoken. Rober, de manager, is zeer integer en helpt je op alle vlakken waar nodig. Wij komen zeker terug!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. It is absolutely stunning and in very peaceful surroundings. We stayed for 2 weeks and have to say that most of our days were spent at the house and predominantly by the pool! The pool is amazing, our kids loved it! The house is very well equipped, and has everything you would need - and more. Rober was extremely helpful and welcoming, and if we had any queries he sorted them out quickly and efficiency. He helped make the holiday even more relaxing! The villa is quite remote, which on the one hand is great because it’s peaceful but on the other hand we did have to drive everywhere. The town is only about 2km away but the walk would be quite tough (especially for our 3 kids!). We would definitely like to come back again, it was a very relaxed holiday in a beautiful villa and we loved every minute!

(En español más bajo) C’est la deuxième fois que nous passons des vacances dans cette magnifique demeure. Et ce qui nous a le plus surpris, c’est d’être à nouveau émerveillés par le site et ses alentours. C’est plus beau encore que dans nos souvenirs. Nous avons souvent envie de changement mais en ce qui concerne cette villa, on y retournera encore et encore sans nous lasser. Le site est superbe et les yeux sont séduits où qu’ils se posent. La montagne, la mer, les plantes… La villa possède tous les équipements nécessaires, une piscine de rêve où l’on peut vraiment faire des longueurs, un living énorme et des terrasses où l’on se sent tellement bien ! Tout est en bon état et très propre. Les photos ne rendent pas le charme et la beauté que l’on constate sur place, encore moins ce côté grandiose tellement revigorant ! De plus, les alentours réservent aux visiteurs quantités de choses intéressantes à voir, et bien sûr à manger. Alors, si vous voulez le luxe, le calme, la beauté, et en plus un prix très abordable, cette villa vous donnera entière satisfaction ! A faire, absolument ! Et un dernier mot pour souligner le professionnalisme, l’amabilité, la sincérité et l’honnêteté de Rober, qui nous reçoit de si belle manière ! Un tout grand MERCI ! Es la segunda vez que pasamos las vacaciones en esta magnífica estancia. Pues hemos estados de nuevo sorprendidos por tanta belleza. La villa es grande, muy maja y todo al rededor es de maravilla. Seguro que volveremos porque no se puede cansar uno de tantas cosas buenas. La casa lo tienen todo y es muy grande. ¡También la piscina donde de verdad es posible nadar con sus más de 10 metros! Nos ha encantado otra vez el sitio, con la montaña, la playa, los mercados, los restaurantes, … No he encontrado mejor sitio a un precio tan abordable. Es mucho más bonito que en la fotos y todo es como anunciado. No falta nada. Además, todo está muy limpio y en buen estado. Muy importante también es el servicio estupendo de Rober quien nos recibe : amabilidad, sinceridad y honestidad. ¡Muchas gracias!

We were greeted by Rober on arrival. He speaks excellent English & his friendly, approachable manner meant our holiday began in the best possible way. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos & all rooms are on one level & so we were able to move around the villa with ease. The pool is a generous size with easy access & the surrounding paving is level & safe with part shade during the daytime. The villa is set on a quiet hill side with good views & spacious grounds & has electric gates at the entrance to the driveway. Local Altea La Vella restaurants are fairly priced & of a high standard. Small local supermarket is well stocked & convenient. Thank you Rober . . . We will be back!

The house is great, everything you need is there, when we arrived there was water for us and bubbles.The house is big,clean,nice and outside even bigger, you feel like a princess, Rober is very helpfull and he will help you with everything during the stay! Ger.: Wir besuchen die Costa Blanca seit circa 20 Jahren. Meist warn wir in Moraira oder Calpe. Diesmal verschlug es uns in Richtung Altea. Dieses Haus war uns vorher noch nie aufgefallen. Uns sprach sofort das großzügige Grundstück an. Die Lage direkt unter der Bernia und der damit verbundene Blick auf die Felsen ist atemberaubend. Der Pool, die Zimmer, das ganze Haus, alles war sehr gepflegt und auf einem sehr hochwertigen Niveau. Rober war sehr freundlich und reagierte bei Nachfragen sofort. Einen so guten Service hatten wir noch nie. Wir haben auf dem kompletten Heimweg nur daran gedacht wiederzukommen. Vielen Dank für 3 tolle Wochen! Eng.: We have been visiting the Costa Blanca for about 20 years. Usually we warn in Moraira or Calpe. This time we headed for Altea. We had never noticed this house before. We were immediately attracted by the spacious property. The location directly under the Bernia and the associated view of the rocks is breathtaking. The pool, the rooms, the whole house, everything was very well maintained and on a very high level. Rober was very friendly and reacted immediately when asked. We have never had such good service. We were just thinking about coming back on the whole way home. Thanks for 3 great weeks! Esp.: Llevamos unos 20 años visitando la Costa Blanca. Normalmente avisamos en Moraira o Calpe. Esta vez nos dirigimos a Altea. Nunca antes habíamos visto esta casa. Inmediatamente nos sentimos atraídos por la espaciosa propiedad. La ubicación directamente debajo del Bernia y la vista asociada de las rocas es impresionante. La piscina, las habitaciones, toda la casa, todo estaba muy bien mantenido y en un nivel muy alto. Rober fue muy amable y reaccionó inmediatamente cuando se le preguntó. Nunca hemos tenido un servicio tan bueno. Estábamos pensando en volver de camino a casa. Gracias por 3 semanas maravillosas!

Four of us (two couples) and our dogs rented this villa for a week in January 2018. It is in a perfect location on the northern edge of Altea, on a really huge plot. The house and gardens are extremely spacious and well maintained. Everything that we needed was in the house. It is much grander than it looks in the photos! We loved it and so did the dogs. The manager, Rober, is highly professional and very personable. Highly recommended!

Nederlands Ons verblijf van 25 april t/m 4 mei 2017 was heerlijk. Een prachtige locatie, grote villa, alle slaapkamers met inloopkast en badkamer, grote woonkamer met meerdere zitbanken. Buiten mooie terrassen zowel boven als beneden met zitjes, ligstoelen en een mooi groot zwembad. Het echt grote perceel aan het eind van het park geeft extra privacy en rust. Mooie aangelegde tuin rond het zwembad en de villa. Schitterend uitzicht op de bergen van af het terras. Zelfs de zee is te zien. Door de eigenaar hartelijk ontvangen. Plezierige rondleiding. Ons vertrek verliep soepel en snel. Ik zeg: een aanrader. English: Our stay of 25 april to 4 may 2017 was delicious. A beautiful location, large villa, all bedrooms with walk in closet and bathroom, large living room with several sofas. Outdoor beautiful terraces both above and below with seating areas, sun loungers and a nice big pool. The really big plot of land at the end of the park gives extra privacy and tranquillity. Lovely landscaped garden around the swimming pool and the villa. Beautiful mountain views from the terrace. Even the sea can be seen. A very warm welcome by the owner. Enjoyable tour. Our departure was smooth and fast. I say: highly recommended
