Everything about this unit is wonderful. Tastefully decorated and fully stocked with all you need for a wonderful vacation. Communication with owners was very easy and helpful. Location is excellent with easy access to beach. If you want a memorable visit to HHI I strongly recommend picking this home for your vacation.

This home is so comfortable and clean! We enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed and it was very close to the beach. Kathy was very responsive when we had questions. Thanks for the use of your home!

This was our family's first visit to Hilton Head Is., and we all agree it's a place we want to come back to. Happy Place exceeded our expectations with all its amenities, neighborhood pool, and access to bike paths going directly to the beach. It was super clean with a spacious pet friendly layout that was perfect for our dogs and family of six (4 adults, 2 kids). We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, Carribean themed townhouse perfect for a family of 6. My husband and I visited Hilton Head Island with our four children: 22 year old daughter, two 19 year old sons, and our 15 year old son. We couldn't have been happier with the townhouse itself or the location. The townhouse had everything we needed which was impressive as we cooked in most meals. Also, the kids liked having a pool just steps off the back deck. The owners were very communicative with us throughout the process and were a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to visiting again!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was clean, had everything we needed for a relaxing week in Hilton Head. The location is great, close to the beach, shopping, resturants and the bike trail. Our pups were quite content as well. Communication with the owner was quick and pleasant. You will not be disappointed here!

Great location. We loved the owners were open to larger dogs. One is still a puppy and recently house broke. Unfortunately, he went a little backwards because of the new environment and had a few accidents. We tried our best to clean and understood any cost that would be accounted for. The place was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion would be for newer TVs. TVs are 720 definition and out dated. Remotes were difficult to use and one missing. With that being said, everything else was nice. Owners are easy to speak with and respond in a timely manner. Would recommend to someone visiting.

While we have stayed at nicer places all in all this is as good as most and Probably the best value we have ever had. I recommend it highly.

Kathy is a great VRBO owner. My family and I wanted a beach trip and were very happy with the Hilton Head property. This was our first time visiting the island and loved it. The property was a short bike ride to the beach and the pool was great too.

Property is beautiful but smells heavily of cats. Our dogs did have a couple accidents which I felt terrible about on previous trips and in our own home, this has not, and does not happen. I think it is because of the heavy smell of animals at different locations in the home. The owner kindly allows pets so that is understandable to some extent but we didnt not know until right before we went that cats are allowed. My kids and I are allergic so we spent much of the time on allergy meds to combat the red, itchy swollen and watery eyes and other symptoms. The cats obviously had gone on the carpet in certain parts of the home, the blankets on the couch and possibly other areas. The owners charged us for multiple accidents and not cleaning up after our dogs. This was not true. When we arrived the living and upstairs especially had multiple staining already. I cleaned up over the 2 accidents as I would in my own home. Because we did have a couple accidents, I am more than fine with paying for carpet cleaning BUT to blame multiple areas and non clean up on us is not even close to the truth.

This home had every detail that made you feel like home. Extra special touches and amazing art were the cherry on top.
