Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Amletos Haus sehr genossen. Wir sind erst nachts angereist und wurden sehr herzlich mit selbstgebackem Brot und Kuchen, frischem Obst und Getränken empfangen. Wir können sagen, dass die Wohnung mit allem reichlich ausgestattet ist, um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig, wir waren 3 Frauen und haben die Größe der Wohnung genossen, denn jede hatte auch einen Rückzugsort um sich von Venedig zu entspannen 😉 Ein wunderbarer Ort, mit Amleto als Gastgeber, wir können uns nur bedanken für die wirklich schöne Zeit.

Fantastic stay in a super nice house with good beds, nice bathrooms, many balcony’s, well equipped kitchen And best of all a very kind and helpful host🙏 Nice bikes so we took a trip along the beautiful Lido🌞 We had a problem with the lock on one of the bikes and our nice host helped us and went in his car to get the bike back ❤️ He brought us home made cake and there were fruit, coffee, wine, breakfast and chocolate ready for us It was very easy to take the boat to Venice and the islands!! Would love to return🇮🇹🎈🇮🇹🎈🇮🇹

Our family (3 generations) stayed at Alessandra's apartment for 5 nights. It was fabulous. She thinks of every detail and is a kind and thoughtful host. We especially appreciated the kitchen stocked with a lovely selection of healthy and substantial provisions--fresh baked bread, many fruits, Nespresso, milk, eggs, water, etc. for our use. This started our trip off right and alleviated the stress of needing to immediately shop or find a restaurant to feed the kids. To save $ we cooked dinner every night, shopping at the farmer's market on Friday for produce, cheese, and fresh pasta, and at the nearby stores (Conad) for fish, etc. It was very easy to take the vaporetto to the main island for the Biennale (this location is perfect) and sightseeing, and nice to escape the crowds and return to the Lido for the evening. The apartment itself is very comfortable, the beds were great and you can control A/C in the bedrooms. There are many beautiful objects in the apartment. This could be a challenge if you have young children who like to explore. We enjoyed biking around Lido as well and discovering places like Malamocco. Thank you, Alessandra!

Nice kitchen with every possible provision for cooking and serving meal at the property. Alessandra was a wonderful hostess who had the kitchen well stocked with cold water, fresh fruit, homemade bread, jam, tea, coffee, juice, butter and eggs. Alessandra was extremely helpful with everything from directions, arranging tickets for sightseeing and helping us locate friends who were transferring from the airport. Alessandra was an excellent host during our stay in Lido. She organized a private taxi to pick us up in Venice and at her home at the end of our stay. She greeted us with a delicious loaf of her homemade bread (for which we got the recipe!), a platter of fruit, milk and water in the fridge, and Nespresso coffee. The apartment above her home was in pristine condition; it was clean, beautifully decorated and organized. The beds were comfortable which we were all very happy about! The home sits on a canal and the main balcony is on the canal which was fantastic. Lido itself is a very pretty island with a vibrant Main Street where there are restaurants and coffee shops. The water taxi is about a 5-10 minute beautiful neighborhood walk from the apartment, so very convenient for getting to other islands. There were 8 bikes available which unfortunately we were not able to use due to time constraints and some rain, but they are available to explore Lido and other islands. There was an umbrella stand for us stocked with umbrellas. The neighborhood is very quiet and beautiful. There are two grocery stores nearby where we bought our ground coffee and other items. The apartment has everything you need including little bathroom baskets in case you forgot to pack something. I would highly recommend Alessandra’s home to anyone visiting Venice. I would rent this property again!

Our flight arrived late at night and Alessandra offered to make reservations for a water taxi...by the time we arrived we were tired, cold and hungry. The water taxi dropped us off by the house and they helped us with our luggage into the house. Fresh bake bread ( the best I’ve ever had) awaited us along with other goodies. Alessandra loves taking care of people and made sure we had anything and everything we could possibly need. The property is absolutely beautiful and located in my favorite area of Lido. Amolito and Alessandra have done a beautiful job with this property; very modern with beautiful antiques. Quick walk to city center with plenty of great restaurants, shops and water taxis. We enjoyed talking with them and they were always available to assist and offer help. I’ve been to Venice many times and normally stay in a hotel but wanted the comfort of home which I found in this lovely and exquisite home. I look forward to staying here again next time I go to Venice and seeing my new friends, Thank you so much for a wonderful visit in your gorgeous home!

Alessandra has the apartment all set up with fresh bread, fruit and snacks, making our arrival special. The apartment was very spacious right on a canal with a view down towards st marks square. Staying on Lido was wonderful, away from the hustle and bustle from Venice. Bikes were also provided though a couple were a bit tired..

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is really comfortable with a lovely combination of the traditional and modern (first rate bathrooms!). It had everything we needed and so much thought and care had gone into everything that was provided from the toiletries, to the olive oil and even the Nespresso coffee capsules! The kitchen is the best equipped we have ever seen and cooking was a real pleasure however with so much choice among the many restaurants and produce shops, all within easy walking distance, it was a difficult decision to choose where and what to eat. Alessandra is the most perfect, friendly hostess and was on hand and willingly to offer her help and advice (in brilliant English!) to ensure we made the most of our stay. Thank You!!

Wonderful time on the Lido with 4 adults and two young children. All we needed for a lovely stay.

We can't say enough good things about this home it was beautifully decorated. You had everything you ever could want in amenities. The owners went out of their way to be a loving wonderful couple helping us at every turn. We would recommend this home in a heartbeat away from the crowds and still close enough to Venice to enjoy all of the Points of interest. This is a shingling star absolutely fabulous I can't wait to come back.

Wow! It was just wonderful! Alessandra provided everything the seven of us could possibly need. She welcomed us to the fully stocked kitchen with a freshly baked loaf of bread and a large bowl of fruits, breakfast cookies, nespresso coffee, milk and bottled water in the fridge. The bathrooms had a great assortment of any personal item you could need. She provided info on transportation and has a wealth of information of the area Lido was a fabulous place to stay and Alessandra and her lovely home were perfect!

A warm welcome from Alesandra, sets you up to a well explained tour of the apartment. Everything you would need for a comfortable stay has been thought about.... and I do mean everything. A lovely furnished, excellently equipped and exceptionally comfortable place to stay. You would be hard pushed to find a better place in any country in Europe. 5 stars all around. Well done Alessandra and thank you for allowing our family to share a week of our lives in such a wonderful place. We will be back if you will have us. Thankyou.

We were a group of 2 adults, 2 children (21 and 17) and an 86 year old grandfather. We had a wonderful few days in the calm of the Lido and the hustle bustle of Venice. The photos of the apartment don’t do it justice. It is immaculate - bathrooms top quality and with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect - literally a 5 min walk from the vaporetto stop. There is a central boulevard with restaurants and cafes if you don’t want to cook. It is easy to get the vaporetto to Venice for sightseeing. Would definitely recommend.

A 5 star property. Every detail had been thought about and the villa is presented at a very high level of specification. Nothing was too much trouble. The owners were so helpful. Fantastic location.

We had a lovely 4 nights at this fantastic property. The house was spotlessly clean with gorgeous bathrooms and beautiful bedrooms. There was everything we needed in each bathroom even toothbrushes! The lounge/dining room was spacious with all we needed to have great meals in and the kitchen had far more equipment than any other property we have ever stayed in. Outside there was a great little terrace with views over to Venice when the mist cleared. There was coffee, different teas, biscuits and some chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. Due to some industrial action in Italy we arrived much later than we thought we would and Alessandra kindly waited up for us and even offered to have some food ready for us if we wanted, she gave us lots of information/advice and was very helpful. We will definitely come back to this house, it’s a wonderful base for a trip to Venice, I would recommend this property 100%

Just the best accomodation in Venice! Located on Lido but in 5 minutes walk from the Vaporetto, so you are in 15 minutes in the center of Venice! Beautiful location directly on the canal with an amazing view, shops and restaurants nearby but on the other side very peaceful and quiet. The villa itself is absolutely amazing too. It has two floors, enough space for 6 people, one big terrace with a table and sun umbrella and a smaller terrace, too. The flat is beautifully decorated with some old venetian furniture which gives you a unique feeling of Venetian lifestyle. On the other hand the flat is newly renovated, has four very comfortable and clean bathrooms and is equipped with everything you may need! So it is just perfect (but lets try to keep it in secret)! We were lucky to find this place! Last but not least, Alessandra and Amelito are very welcoming hosts. They gave us some tips on visiting Venice that made our short trip unforgettable. Thank you so much and be sure, we will visit you again!

Hello everybody, here some info on this property. I've stayed there last autumn and in the winter too. The property is very nice, recently renewed and in a very good position, very close to the center and to the Vaporetto station. There is a wonderful balcony, you can see the little canal that pass right near the house and the lagoon. You will enjoy some great dinners with family and friends out there! the house is clean and the owners are always at your disposal. So I recommend this property for your staying. Bye... enjoy Lido
