Tout. Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant notre séjour à Universal Studio. L’accueil était impeccable et très sympathique . La Chambre était grande et propre. Facilement accessible. L’hôtel dispose d’une belle piscine et de quoi trouver à manger après une longue journée dans les parcs . La navette au départ de l’hôtel était très pratique pour se rendre rapidement aux parcs. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons cet hôtel.

Do estacionamento , que eles cobram 18 dólares por dia , e tbm da limpeza , que na verdade eles só forram as camas , tiram o lixo e trocam as toalhas .

não podem receber itens que compramos pela Amazon, pois exigia senha e não têm autorização de ficar com a senha para receber os pacotes, ou seja, o que encomendamos voltou e não conseguimos comprar.

Good sized rooms for families. On site restaurant and Starbucks very convenient. Resort transportation was efficient. Early park access really saved time getting on popular rides.

Acústica terrível, é possível escutar tudo o que os vizinhos falam e fazem. É impossível descansar. Tive problemas com excursões de adolescentes que se hospedaram em frente e ao lado do meu quarto. Eles corriam no corredor e gritavam as 2 horas da manhã e era possível ouvir tudo (acionei o Guest Service mais de 5 vezes, mas não resolveram o problema).

No kettle or toaster in 2 bedroom suite. No bowls, plates or proper cutlery only plastic.

Loved the resort

It was all great, would be better to have free parking on site though.

The resort was clean and fresh with everything presented well and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and suited our family of 6 well. The pool was fun and just what we needed at the end of our days at the parks. The transport to and from the parks was excellent. The food available was good and reasonably priced. We also found we could easily walk to other food outlets nearby as well. If you're in Orlando to visit the fun parks, this is a great place to stay!

Room dirty in corners and behind curtains No shower gel provided Noisy neighbours. Very thin walls Food was terrible. Did not even try. Looked dry and tasteless

Breakfast choices were good and affordable. The pool was nice.

Please provide re-useable/washable plates, cups, and utensils in rooms with kitchens instead of single-use plastics, which are so bad for the environment. Recycling bins in rooms also needed. Good to see the washable plates, cups, and utensils in the food court as well as some environmentally friendly take-away containers ie. compostable, bamboo etc. I encourage this property to do better for the environment.

shuttle to parks, clean, convenient

The shuttles to the park were great. The bus drivers were fantastic. Everyone working there were so kind. We also enjoyed the 24/7 text service.

Food costs! I wish there was a water fountain too.
