Everything right from the start. I arrived early after a long train journey, and Sharon said I could check in early, which I was thankful for. The room was great and the breakfast was lovely too. Sharon also was fantastic in making you feel so welcome and as if you've known her for years.
Nothing was there to dislike.

Clean, quiet room with a view of the river, with the necessary equipment (tv, glasses, kettle, tea, water, etc.) ).
Hostess kindest, cheerful, lovely, open to help and advice.
She makes delicious breakfasts according to the preferences of guests.
The house close to bus stop (1 min) towards Snowdon (Lllanberis).
A lot of restaurants in the town (good fish and chips), there are also grocery stores and sportswear stores (in case someone forgot a raincoat ;) )
I will definitely go back there.

Breakfast was excellent, you have to full out a request form the night before giving you plenty of choice from full English to cereal and toast etc. The breakfast was cooked fresh with a full pot o tea or coffee and a choice of juice. Excellent not complaints
Climbing the stairs to the room we had at the top of a three story property. My fault for no checking directly with the proprietor, she did have rooms on the ground floor but was booked out by the time we arrived

Beautiful view across to the river. Room was warm and cosy. Sharon was very kind going out of her way to get me some vegan sausages when I hadn’t previously ordered them. I would definitely stay again. 😊👍xx

Amazing location and the breakfast was superb. Sharon was on hand to assist with all aspects of our stay and we could not have asked for a more attentive member of staff!

It has everything you need after a long hike. Good bed, showers are clean, and the shops are minutes away. As a solo traveller I felt welcome and at ease a really comfortable place to stay.

The property is in a great location, ideal for exploring Betws y coed and Snowdonia Natioal Park. Our room and bed was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food.
