Nice clean and spaces apartment which is very good equipped.
Owners are very friendly and always helpful
For us the bed was too soft and you will always recognise when your partner is changing sleeping position - but that’s of course a personal preference and might be different for others

Predivan, udoban apartman u kojem imate sve što vam treba za ugodan boravak. Jednostavan pronalazak lokacije i ulazak u apartman. Domaćin susretljiv i spreman pomoći.

Comfortable bed, easy fast check in and out with locker key. Also, a great shower! Easy access to the city via public transport (53 cents for a ticket). Close to bars and restaurants. Very quiet stay. Free parking.

Villa Agram is very well situated for our visits to Zagreb. Compared to other similar properties in the area, Villa Agram is the best for cleanliness, interior decor, peaceful location etc. Also, Antonio is always helpful when questions arise.
I can't fault Villa Agram on any level. The service has been very good. We enjoy the property every time we stay.

Fully equipped kitchen. There were lots of coffee, chocolate, bottles of water and soda. Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean.

Stayed two nights at Villa Agram, the property was beautiful and extremely well maintained. The comfort of the bed was exceptional! Antonio, the host was amazing - super helpful and very efficient with communication - would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is super clean, nicely furnished, comfy and is located in a small cozy building in quiet place. You are given keys from the front door of the house as well as from the apartment itself (double safety! :).
We were afraid that there might be feeling of not enough space due to the mansard (last floor), but there was none! The apartment is specious enough and the view from the balcony to the mountains is just marvellous! In the back of the building (and in our case - just below the balcony) there is a private parking, so the car is totally safe and easily reachable any time. The host Antonio is very friendly and super helpful - he met us personally and helped to bring all the bags. But there are also a safe outside (to get the keys) and inside (to leave the keys), so the keys can be also received and left in a contactless way. I can highly recommend this place to stay! It would be just ideal if there was also a washing machine - maybe, in some shared laundry space of the house:)

Had a great stay here. The room was very comfortable and Antonio was a great host who went above and beyond to provide advice on exploring Zagreb.

The location is quiet and parking is on the property. Impressed with the apartment layout which was hotel quality. Air conditioning was a life saver- the weekend was 30c+. Our host, Antonio, made sure we were comfortable and that we had all the information required. We thought this was value for money!
Not able to list any deficiencies. It was clean, polished and well designed. The property is well worth its 4 Stars and easily competes with similar businesses in the local area.
