Spacious living room, kitchen and dining area with private patio. Kitchen generally well supplied (no cookie sheet) ...BUT pile of dirty towels and no clean ones in one bathroom and floor throughout had not been swept/scrubbed. We would rent it again and hope for a new cleaning staff.

Everything was as described in the listing. The place was clean and well equipped. It was nice to have a grill. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and easy to access.

The house was clean as advertised. Any small problems we had were resolved in minutes. They went beyond our expectations.

We noticed ants coming through the back door in diningroom the second day we were there. We sprayed raid and it seemed to stop them. That very same night, we noticed they were everywhere, our master bedroom, den, kitchen and even in our bed where my husband was bitten multiple times. Alex was responsive, at that point it was too late. Alex adjusted one night, but after that, we went to a Marriott where we know its safe from bugs. The add reads as if you would have your own pool. This is not the case, you share with the hotel guest, no privacy at all. The pool chairs were extremely dirty along with pool water had lots of leaves etc. in it. The house is located right across the street from a laundry mat, where in and out traffic is constant. People hanging out in the parking lots of the hotel adjacent to the rental home was unpleasant to see. The home is convenient to things to do, but honestly if safety is a concern for, I would caution you.

Management and service employee very receptive. Location,Location,Location close to everything by car. Great walking parks only about 10 miles away. Pool at cottage very inviting and 80 degrees. All our family members loved the setup of cottage inside private areas for everyone if needed. Most important was feeling at home and we did.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. The location was peaceful with interesting restaurants in walking distance, but all the amenities of Naples were just a short drive away.

The home is spacious, well equipped, new and modern. It is very comfortable and in a convenient location in Naples. We were there to play golf and catch up with family and the home was perfect for that vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, great amenities and great location. Hope to visit again next year for the US Open Pickleball Tournament!

The house was the perfect location for all the things we love to do in Naples. We enjoyed the pool and many restaurants close by. Thank you Alex for a great place to stay!

Very convenient layout. Spacious and nice terrasse overlooking a part of the canal. We enjoyed the pool almost every morning and late afternoon. House is comfortable for 4 to 6 peoples

This home was surrounded by lush trees and flowers. Out the back door was a private small back yard and access to the pool!! Definitely a place we hope to go back to!!

Very nice house with good accomodations and convenient to many restaurants and entertainment. Open spacious concept for entertaining, the pool area is very nice, and the shared screened building was perfect for outdoor meals or watching the sunset.

This house is perfect to spend vacation at Naples , close to historic district and 15 min from the beach by car The house was cleaner than a 5 star hotel Beautiful!! Thanks Alex !
