The condo was very clean and well appointed. The location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here at the recommendation of my sister who stays every year for the month of February. Instead of staying with them we got our own place, and what a great one it was! The extra balcony facing the bay was great for morning sun and coffee. The unit was supplied with everything you need, and more. We loved the personalized beach towel and note that welcomed us. We met so many fun people at the pool, which we used everyday. The resort is so clean (thanks Kevin). We were very lucky to hit 8 days of perfect weather. Will definitely go back.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandpiper PH08!! We didn't get a chance to try out the pool, but it looked amazing!! We LOVED the private beach on the Gulf side. We would definitely stay in this condo again, but next trip we might try to find something right on the beach, because being at the beach was our favorite part of our trip!! We'll definitely be checking for places with Coastal Vibes though! They go over the top to provide a wonderful stay!! Thank you for a wonderful rental experience!!

This condo is a absolute must if your looking to stay in Destin/Fort Walton. From the moment you open the door to this condo you have a stunning view of the bay. Beautifully decored and well maintained. Great amenities, my son was thoroughly entertained from the moment we arived. We'll definitely be back!

This place was absolutely amazing! Beautiful inside and out! Very clean! I’m OCD and usually clean with Clorox wipes when we go somewhere but didn’t have to with this penthouse. Had a few minor maintenance issues that were resolved promptly. Owner/property manager was easy to get a hold of and to work with. Maintenance guy (TJ, I think that was his name) was very friendly and even gave outstanding suggestions on places to eat and things to do. Having a wagon to carry all the things was great. My only complaint had nothing to do with this penthouse. I love the beach and there was only so much beach space for this property and then there were two rows of vendors chairs and umbrellas, so if you had your own chairs and tent you where so far back off of the water. It made it harder to enjoy the beach and to keep your eyes on the kids. Thankfully I have teenagers but the water was rough during our stay so I need to keep my eyes on them since they have no fears. I will definitely be back! Jen really goes above and beyond for her guest.

I was so impressed with the condo! It was perfect for my family vacation. Everything was so clean and cozy! The island was quiet with a short walk to a few good restaurants. A short drive to down if needed. Walking distance to the beach. Large pools and lazy river! So much fun! We will be back!

It was a nice stay on the bay side. Only downside is having to pull the wagon and umbrella/chair over walkway through sand on beach. Would much rather have beach side with rental of umbrella/chairs. The lazy river was fun and also all the pools. Condo was very nice and clean. Kitchen was very nice.

Condo was beautiful, very clean and modern. Resort was great for our family, easy to go back and forth from beach to pool/lazy river. Not crowded. Will definitely book again next year!!!

This property was amazing. We we’re in Ft Walton for a softball tournament. It is located close to the hood sport complex which was amazing. We we’re able to go back to the condo in between games and relax. The views from the rooftop were spectacular watching the sunrise. It was a very clean and family friendly. It was exactly like the pictures we have no complaints at all. And to top it off the owners had a beach towel personalized with our name on it with a very nice welcome card. We would 100% stay at this location again for future vacations.

The property was fantastic. The unit was very clean and well equipped. The check in/check out process was extremely easy and without any hiccup. I really appreciated the places to go recommendations. The beach towel was an elegant touch. I would highly recommend using these units to anyone.

We had a great time during our week in this Sandpiper unit. Very well appointed and very clean. Everything you need is provided. All of their units look very nice. We had a bad experience at a condo rented from a different owner prior to this and actually checked out after staying only one night. David helped us with choosing one of his properties and he and Jenn were terrific to work with. They helped us quickly forget the earlier issues and enjoy the rest of our trip. We look forward to renting from them again.

Love this unit, clean and very well equipped. Enjoyed grilling and sitting on the rooftop deck. Easy access to the pool area and the ocean via the skywalk. Close driving distance to shopping and dining.

Check in was a breeze--no need to visit an office or off-site place to check in. Condo was super clean and had absolutely everything we needed. Communication with owners was excellent--very responsive to any minor issues we had. The beautiful and useful personalized welcome gift was so unexpected. Will definitely book this condo again!

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 6 days to attend a destination wedding in Ft. Walton Beach in December. The condo was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and immaculately clean upon check in. The property is amazing and although we didn't have time to utilize the heated pool, it looked like there were plenty of people enjoying it and we did enjoy the multiple hot tubs available. This unit had a great view of the pool, lazy river, and bay. I highly recommend this unit and host, and look forward to a return stay one day!

This was our second trip down this year. Loved the location, just as listed. Nice personalized gift and Thank You card was very welcoming. Weather.... well its the coldest its been in Flordia since 1977🤷‍♀️

I can’t say enough about this place! We come here every year and will be back again. It’s so nice and all the personal touches just adds to it. We love our personalized towel that is always waiting on us upon arrival!

No complaints. The place was clean, comfortable, and the views are beautiful. The weather was cold, so we didn't get to enjoy the water. Thank goodness for the hot tubs. Would recommend for a couples getaway or a family of four with older children.

I couldn't say enough good things about our vacation with Coastal Vibes. They are awesome!! Our condo-Destin West-Sandpiper PH-08 was absolutely perfect for us. The fabulous views, the location was perfect, the grounds are kept so well. I have been to many gulf beaches and condos, this one has been the very best! My husband and I will be back again!

Overall we were very happy with everything. Condo was clean. Bed was comfortable. A/C was nice and cold. The only thing I thought could have been different was the lazy river gets droppings from trees, and I wish it would have been cleaned or skimmed once or twice a day. I was up early enough to watch the pool maintenance staff. Emptying trash, adding chemicals, but never trim to skim off the floating debris from the foliage. Otherwise, it was a great stay. This was our second time to Destin West Beach and Bay and I’m sure we’ll be back.

The owners are incredibly thoughtful and the place is super cute and extremely clean! There aren’t enough stars for this rental! Many places within walking distance, too which was great!

Had everything you needed and more, especially the cart with chairs, umbrella and boards were perfect!

Our unit was spacious, furnished nicely and was equipped with anything we could paint ssibly need. The balcony/rooftop deck was exceptional. The beach towel gift was an added bonus. The pool/deck area plus lazy River was an excellent place to sunbathe. Unfortunately we spent most of our time at a softball tournament so we had limited time to enjoy the amenities. I would highly recommend this complex and hope to return soon to enjoy the facilities and location.

Our room was greeit! I was very impressed! I was also very humbled that there was a gift waiting for us. Everything was great other than the amount of rain that was received. We were down there for my daughters world series.

The Destin West property is a fantastic stay for both families and adults. I have stayed in two different units on the property and they both were excellent. The Sandpiper building faces the intercoastal and has a constant view of boats passing by. It also overlooks the lazy river, zero entry pool and lounge areas. You can beat it. The property is well maintained and the layout of the one bedroom with bunks is perfect. This end unit has extra windows, a balcony off the master and a rooftop area. Coastal Vibes vacation is easy to work with, and this unit had everything needed for a great vacation. Jenn really thought of everything. We had two maintenance issues (unavoidable) and they were resolved quickly and easily despite the July 4th holiday. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as boat and jet ski rentals right next door. The beach is across the street but there is an elevated walkway to the property and a wagon and other beach items are generously provided. You can see the beach from the front balcony and rooftop, but the really good sunset pictures do require a walk across to the beach at this time of year (just based on where the sun hits the water). Highly recommend this property and this company. We will be booking again for next year and bringing additional families.

Living in Florida as a family we have been all over the state for beach getaways. This was by far are favorite. The condo was clean and has amazing view. The property has pools and a beautiful lazy river Bayside. The property has a walkway to get to the Gulf so u do not have to cross traffic. We did a bunch of activities in Destin, pontoon boat rental, water park, go carts and mini golf.

We had an amazing stay at the sandpiper PH-08! The place was so clean, spacious and well-stocked. We had everything in the condo that we needed and it being at Destin West was an added plus!! The pool area was awesome and the walk to the beach was made easy by the city walk. The condo was very convenient to restaurants and the local boardwalk. Would recommend this condo to anyone!! Thanks again for a great stay!

This was our 2nd time to stay in this unit. From the moment you walk in the door everything was perfect. I'm pretty picky about checking to make sure everything is clean and it passed my white glove test with flying colors. The condo is tastefully decorated and well stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this condo.

Property is 5 stars! Plenty to do within walking distance. Condo was decorated with a beach theme. The owners had a beach towel made for me with my last name stitched in it. Along with postcards and stamps to send to friends back home! Great personal touch! Condo well stocked!!! Would love to stay here again!
