This rental is everything a family needs! The space is clean, plenty of room in the family area, and the best part was the discovery of the hidden path to Noman's right behind the building! The beds are comfortable and clean, and the kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook a meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Centrally located between Oak Bluff and Edgartown. Close to Jaws bridge and beach. Great amenity having Nomans restaurant and bar next door with live music. Had limited mobility older adults along and they were able to navigate easily. They were able to easily access the pool and Nomans. Highly recommend this location.

Fabulous unit. We love staying here. Our kids have so much fun meeting and playing with other kids. Kids and adults always making new friends. Our favorite place to stay on the island. Will be back!

I stayed here with my 5 month old grandbaby and my daughter to babysit while my youngest daughter was down the road with 10 ladies for her bachelorette party. The place was perfect, very well equip with everything you could need in the kitchen. The place was adorable. Very nicely decorated. Great spot for families! Having Nomans right next door was the icing on the cake.

Location was good and the restaurant next door helpful but the unit is small. Pull out was a blow up mattress and not comfortable . The master bedroom is up a small and narrow spiral staircase which is dangerous and would be impossible if not in good shape. No AC in second bedroom. Just not up to my standards especially for $600 per night.

The online photos and description don't make it clear that the second bedroom doesn't have any windows. Emergency egress is provided by a "door" to the common hallway. The room itself is fine with a high ceiling and fan, but there is no natural light. I'm surprised I didn't see this comment in previous reviews. The listing should be revised to make this clear to potential renters.

You should have let it be known upfront in your description of the skinny, dangerous, spiral staircase to the master bedroom. No way can you get a suitcase up there. Had to repack my items in bags and make several trips. The master bedroom is nice and large with beautiful bath...but that staircase! PS..toaster only toasts on one side. And..NO ELEVATOR!!! This is not the place for senior adults.

Thanks island inn. Everything was terrific. Friendly staff, beautiful campus, easy to get to from ferry. Nice to have a restaurant next door w live music. First visit to martha's vineyard and it won't be our last. We will return. Thank you.

The property is as advertised. Loft circular stairs are a little challenging to navigate, especially with a suitcase. The only real issue was teenage girls kept us up to 2 a.m. talking. Could only hear in the loft. Think the walls are thin in tall shared corridor.

The property had a summer camp feel with the different cabins. The suite we stayed had an island vibe with the different colors and wood beams. It was fully stocked and comfortable for the 4 of us. The upstairs bathroom had no hot water but management fixed eventually and gave us a credit. I wish the deck was separated from others. Anyone could walk by the sliding door and look in. Overall, the accommodations were good. I would go back again.

Island Inn was clean and a great property. The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Noman’s was a great place to eat connected to the property. We rented bikes and rode 1.5 miles in to OB and about 7 miles into Edgartown. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved this house - very cute and comfortable! The top floor boards squeak into the lower bedroom but, otherwise, no complaints at all! It was a great stay!

Island inn was very clean and also conveniently located between a couple of the small towns. Also it was nice to have Nomans restaurant and bar right next door

We loved our room, but beyond that, the property offered more than we thought it would! There was so much space, corn hole, fire pits, a playground and a beautiful pool. Also tennis courts. The staff we met were great, and only a short walk into town or to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.
