The unit had not been cleaned when we arrived; linens dirty in a pile. We called the owner and he returned our call immediately and sent cleaner over. But we had to leave while they cleaned. The condo was decent with nice kitchen but not luxury as advertised. Other condos in area had better amenities. Price was too high.

Very nice location with lots of trees and mountain views. Close to shopping area. Clean and well-maintained. Well-equipped. Recommended.
The only issue was that it was a bit hard to locate the apartment once we found the complex. This was because the actual apartment number was not given (unless we missed it). It only said which corner of the building (I think it was southeast corner of second floor). I had to pull up the compass app on my phone. Also there was a bit of confusion because there was some kind of lock box on the railing but the one we needed was on the door jamb in a not to visible spot. These are minor points that the owner can address.

The instructions sent on how to find it weren't good. The rooms were dark. No staff at all. Done by emails. Instruction on how to check out were too much like a parent telling us how to clean our room properly!

The actual unit number was either not available or hard to find. Was able to find the unit by some walking directions that were provided. A little trial and error, but we got in! Map that was indicated that was attached, wasnt attached via the messaging system.

The e- mail sent with the code and directions was sent 2weeks prior to arrival. I did not recognize it as sent from the condo and deleted it . Upon arrival at Frisco I looked up the e-mail I booked and paid with, called the number and the man who gave me the condo location with the key code was rude.

The location is great - a quick walk to downtown Frisco. I appreciated the convenience items like soap, shampoo and the hair dryers. You had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
